چکیده
دانشجویان به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی در دانشگاه، پیکرهی اصلی سازمانهاای متتلاا اجتمااعی را در آیناده تشکیل می دهند. نگرش و رضایتمندی آنان در زمینه رشته تحصیلیشان عامل مهمی در ایجاد انگیزش آنها میباشد. ایا مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی خود در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز انجام شاد . پاژوهش
حاضر از نوع مطالعات مقطعی و توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان شاالل باه تحصایل در دانشاگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز 7 دانشکده( که حداقل یک ترم تحصیلی را گذرانده باشند، تشکیل میدهد. تعداد 992 دانشجو به عنوان ( نمونه پژوهش انتتاب شدند. نمونهگیری به صورت طبقه ای-تصادفی و بر اساس نسبتی از جمعیت هر دانشکده انجام شاد .
اطلاعات مورد نظر از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. نتایج ای تحقیق نشان داد، از بی عوامل مؤثر در نگرش دانشاجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلیشان، دو عامل "جایگاه اجتماعی رشته تحصیلی" و "میزان تاأثیر آن در شاکل گیاری شتصایت و 97 امتیاز، بالاتری امتیاز را به خود اختصاص داده است. ارتباط معنای دار آمااری / 97 و 3 / نگرش دانشجویان"به ترتیب با 6 بی نگرش دانشجویان و مشتصات تحصیلی و فردی آنها وجود نداشت. عوامل و زمینههای متعددی در نگرش دانشاجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلیشان تأثیرگذار است. لذا ضروری است که برنامههای مدونی برای تقویت نگرش آنها نسبت به رشته خود و نیز افزایش آگاهی برای بکارگیری بهتر دانسته های علمی آنها تدوی و اجرا گردد.

چکیده English

Students as one of the basic elements of the university would organize the core body of different social organization in the future. This study was conducted to survey on attitude of students regarding to their educational principle in Ahvaz University of medical sciences. Therefore, it was a descriptive-analytic study and that was cross-sectional performed. Research Population was all students at Ahvaz University of medical sciences that have been passed at least one educational term. Base on sample setting formula, 331 persons were selected. Furthermore, sampling method was stratify-randomized and also based on proportion of population in faculty. Data was collected by questionnaire.The research findings showed that among factors impact on attitude of students regarding to their educational field, "social position of field" and" rate of its effecting personality and attitude of student" were allocated a higher score (37/6 & 37/9). Several factors and areas would effect on attitude of students regarding to their educational field. Therefore, it seems necessary to implement effective plans to enforce their attitude and to increase their awareness toward better utulizing knowledge.
