چکیده

بررسی و ارزیابی هر گروه آموزشی از داشته ها و عملکرد خود در مسیر تکامل آموزشی و پژوهشی در پیش رو، می تواند در تشخیص کاستی ها و ضعف های احتمالی خود، مثمر ثمر بوده و به بلوغ همه جانبه ی آن کمک شایانی نماید. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، ارزیابی درونی گروه ایمنی شناسی دانشکده ی پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز می باشد. این مطالعه ی توصیفی در سال تحصیلی 90-1389 در گروه ایمنی شناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز به انجام رسید. حوزه های مورد ارزشیابی در این مطالعه شامل: مدیریت گروه، اعضای هیات علمی، حوزه ی آموزشی، نیروی انسانی، تجهیزات آموزشی و پژوهشی، فضاهای آموزشی و پژوهشی و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی گروه بوده است. پرسش نامه ها و نشانگرها توسط اعضای هیات علمی گروه و با هماهنگی و اظهار نظر مدیریت مطالعات و توسعه ی آموزش پزشکی (EDC ) دانشگاه تهیه و تدوین گردید. یافته ها بر اساس مقیاس امتیازبندی گورمن از رتبه غیررضایت بخش تا بسیار قوی با دامنه ی امتیازی 1 تا 5 طبقه بندی گردید. گروه در حوزه های مدیریت (با میانگین اکتسابی 16/4)، اعضای هیات علمی (2/4)، حوزه ی آموزشی (1/4) بر طبق طبقه بندی گورمن دارای رتبه ی قوی، در حوزه ی نیروی انسانی (75/2) دارای رتبه رضایت بخش، در حوزه ی تجهیزات آموزشی و پژوهشی (8/3) دارای رتبه خوب، در حوزه ی فضاهای آموزشی و پژوهشی (6/2) دارای رتبه ی رضایت بخش و در حوزه ی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی(85/3) گروه دارای رتبه خوب بوده است. گروه ایمنی شناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در مجموع حوزه های مورد ارزشیابی با میانگین 64/3 بر طبق طبقه بندی گورمن رتبه بالاتر از سطح رضایت بخش را داراست.

چکیده [English]

Review and assessment of each department had its own advantages; the evolution of research and educational fields, certainly in the detection of defects and weaknesses of their potential, are beneficial and help it to full maturity. The purpose of this study was internal evaluated of Immunology department, Faculty of Medicine and also it was a descriptive study done in 2010-2011 at at department of Immunology of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. Areas evaluated in this study included: head of the department, faculty members, training field, human resources, training and research equipments, teaching and research areas, and graduate students of the group. Questionnaire was prepared and drafted by some faculty members and Medical Education Development and Management center. In coordination with the statement based on the findings of Gorman, a rating scale was classified out of agreement to the very strong range of 1 to 5 points. Head of the Department (acquired by averaging 4.16), faculty members (4.2), the field of education (4.1), according to Gorman classified powerful stars, in the field of human resources (2.75) Rated rewarding, educational and research facilities in the area (3.8) stars as well, in the field of research and educational space and graduate students (2.6) has a satisfactory rating, Department with acquired by averaging 3.85 stars has been good. According to Gorman classification, department of Immunology of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences was evaluated and ranked in all mentioned areas (acquired by averaging 3.64) therefore above the satisfactory level.
