چکیده


امروزه دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی وسیله ای برای رشد و توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی هر کشور محسوب می شوند. این تحقیق، با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد از خدمات آموزشی، پژوهشی و رفاهی انجام شد. این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی_تحلیلی است که 150 نفر از دانشجویان رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی بصورت نمونه گیری طبقه ای_تصادفی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق توزیع یک پرسشنامه 60 سوالی در بین دانشجویان جمع آوری شد. سپس داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری t-test و ANOVA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمره رضایتمندی دانشجویان از مجموع خدمات 6/157 بود و میانگین نمره ی رضایتمندی از خدمات آموزشی 4/91، خدمات پژوهشی 58، خدمات رفاهی 8 بود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که در بین دانشجویان با گروه سنی زیر 20 سال 4/53 درصد، در بین سنین20 تا 22 سال 3/60 درصد و در بین دانشجویان بالای 22 سال 3/58 درصد آن ها رضایت بالایی نسبت به مجموع خدمات داشته اند (P=0.00). با توجه به این که میزان رضایت دانشجویان از خدمات آموزشی و پژوهشی در حد خوب و بالا و از خدمات رفاهی در حد پایین و کم بوده و همچنین میزان رضایتمندی از مجموع خدمات در حد متوسط بوده است، بنابراین مسوولان می بایست در جهت بهبود هر چه بیشتر خدمات خصوصاً در زمینه رفاهی به دانشجویان تلاش بیشتری انجام دهند.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, universities and higher education are considered as a means for economical, social, and cultural development of each country. This study aimed to determine the satisfaction of students of medical laboratory sciences from educational, research, and welfare services offered by paramedical faculty of Shahid Sadoughi University of medical sciences.This was a descriptive-analytical study included150 samples from medical laboratory students by stratified- random sampling. Information required were collected by distributing a questionnaire with 60 questions. Then the data were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. Therefore, the results showed that mean score of students' satisfaction from all services was 157.6 which mean score of educational, research, and welfare services were 91.4, 58.0, and 8.0 respectively. Results also revealed that 53.4 %, 60.3, % and 58.3% of students between age group under 20 years, 20-22 years, and over 22 years have high- satisfaction from all services, respectively (P = 0.00). regarding to the satisfaction; educational and research services were high, welfare services was low, and total services were intermediate. Therefore, officials should improve all services specially welfare ones to the students.
