چکیده
برنامهی درسی آموزش پزشکی، بهعنوان نقشهی یادگیری، قاعدتاً بایستی به تغییر رفتار و ایجاد مجموعهای از
دانش، تفکر، نگرش، ارزش و مهارتها در فراگیران منجر گردد. توانمندسازی دانشگاه برای پویش معنادار و سازنده در
آیندهای متحول و متغیر، مستلزم طراحی و اجرای برنامههای درسی اثربخش میباشد تا از این طریق، تحولی اساسی در نظام
آموزشی بهطور خاص و نظام اجتماعی بهطور عام ایجاد گردد. با درک اهمیت اثربخشی برنامهی درسی آموزش پزشکی جهت
تحقق اهداف غایی، رسالت و چشمانداز دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی و نظر به جامعیت رویکرد سه بعدی درونی، بیرونی و نهادی
اثربخشی و قابلیت کاربردی آن جهت سنجش اثربخشی برنامهی درسی آموزش پزشکی، مطالعهی حاضر به بررسی ابعاد
سهگانهی اثربخشی در برنامهی درسی آموزش پزشکی با نگاهی بین رشتهای پرداخته است. توجه به اثربخشی برنامه ی
درسی از سه بعد درونی، بیرونی و نهادی میتواند چارچوب منسجمی در جهت تحقق اهداف اساسی برنامههای درسی در
دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی فراهم سازد. این مطالعه نشان میدهد که ایجاد تعادل و انسجام بین عوامل درونی )اثربخشی
درونی( و هماهنگی و تعادل بین برنامهی درسی قصد شده، اجرا شده و کسب شده در ارتباط با محیط پیرامون و همچنین
برقراری ارتباط مناسب با محیط پویا و متغیر )اثربخشی بیرونی( و در پی آن تحقق رسالتها و مطلوبیتهای اساسی برنامه ی
درسی آموزش پزشکی )اثربخشی نهادی( در تعامل با همدیگر، ضرورتی تام دارد.

Curriculum as a learning map should have led to a change in behavior, and creates a set of knowledge, thinking, attitudes, values and skills in the person. Empowering university for scanning a meaningful and constructive campaign in various evolved future requires the design and implementation of effective programs, hence a major fundamental change in the education system in particular as well as society in general should be created. Recognizing the importance of curriculum effectiveness in higher education to achieve the ultimate goals, missions and visions of university; and regarding to the integrity of three-dimensional perspective of internal, external and institutional of effectiveness; and due to its applicability to measuring the effectiveness of the curriculum in higher education for better and more comprehensive understanding of curriculum; the present study examined three aspects of the effectiveness of the curriculum in interdisciplinary higher education. Regarding the effectiveness of the curriculum from the three dimensions of internal, external and institutional, it can provide coherent framework for achieving the essential goals of educational program. The result of study showed that creating a balance and coherence between the internal factors as well as creating harmony and balance between the intended, implemented and achieved curriculum in relation to the environment, in addition to communicate effectively with dynamic and evolved environment (External effectiveness), consequently, the achievement of missions and fundamental desirability in medical education curriculum (institutional effectiveness) interacting with each other have been observed an absolute necessity.
