چکیده

صفات شخصیتی افرادازعوامل متعددی تاثیرمی پذیرند.پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌ مطالعه (SQ4R) بر عزت نفس و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی انجام شد.پژوهش آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش راکلیه دانش آموزان پایه دوم متوسطه دوم شهرکرمانشاه درسال تحصیلی 97/96تشکیل می داد. در این پژوهش بااستفاده ازروش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای ابتدا از بین نواحی سه گانه کرمانشاه یک ناحیه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و از بین آن ناحیه دو دبیرستان انتخاب گردید. و پرسشنامه‌های عزّت‌نفس کوپر اسمیت و خودکارآمدی میجلی روی کلیه دانش آموزان به عنوان پیش آزمون که به تعداد 294 نفر بودند اجرا گردید. پس از اجرای پرسشنامه ها، دانش‌آموزانی که نمره پائین در عزت‌نفس و خودکارآمدی کسب کردهبودند.به تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه (دوآزمایش و یک گروه گواه) جایگزین شدند. پروتکل آموزشی مهارت مطالعه (SQ4R) طی 8 جلسه‌ی 45 دقیقه‌ای به دانش آموزان گروه های آزمایش ارائه و گروه گواه هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. در پایان دوره، پس‌آزمون ازهر سه گروه به عمل آمد و داده‌ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس موردتجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها نشان داد آموزش مهارت مطالعه (SQ4R) موجب افزایش خودکارآمدی تحصیلی(P<0/001) وعزت‌نفس(P<0/001) دردانش آموزان می شود.وپیشنهادمی گردد معلمان و مشاوران مدارس، برای افزایش خودکارآمدیو عزت نفس دانش آموزان این مهارت را بکارگیرند و به دانش آموزان توصیه کنند.

چکیده [English]

Personality traits of individuals are influential in many factors.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of studying study skill (SQ4R) on self-esteem and academic self-efficacy among students.The research method was pre-test and post-test with control group and the statistical population of all second grade secondary school students in Kermanshah in academic year 2017/2018. A multi-stage random sampling method was used to select three randomly selected districts of Kermanshah and choose between two upper secondary schools and Copper Smith self-esteem questionnaires and Mijli self-efficacy was conducted on all 294 students pre-test. After completing the questionnaires, students who had a low score in self-esteem and self-efficacy. A total of 30 individuals were selected and randomly assigned into three groups of 15 (experimental and 1, 2 and 1 control groups). Study Skill Training Program (SQ4R) provided to students in experimental groups for 8 consecutive 45-minute sessions and the control group did not receive any training. At the end of 8 sessions, post-test was performed from each of the three groups and the data were analyzed by covariance analysis.The results showed that study instruction skills (SQ4R) increased their academic self-efficacy (P <0.001) and Self Esteem (P <0.001) in their students.Study skill (SQ4R) were effective in increasing self-efficacy and self-esteem among students, and it is recommended that teachers and school counselors use these methods to increase students' self-efficacy and self-esteem.
