چکیده

در هر سازمانی شبکه‌های اجتماعی چالش های بزرگ و فرصت های شگفت انگیزی را برای آموزش و یادگیری  فراهم آورنده اند سازمان ها علی الخصوص دانشگاه‌ها با حمایت از شبکه‌های اجتماعی و تشویق دانشجویان برای ارتقای رفتار یادگیری مشارکتی، می توانند فرآیند بهبود مدیریت دانش و ارتقای یادگیری اجتماعی را تسهیل نمایند بر این اساس تحقیق حاضر با هدف  بررسی بسترهای مورد نیاز برای توسعه سیستم مدیریت آموزش مبتنی بر شبکه‌های اجتماعی در راستای ارتقای سلامت جامعه انجام شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف توسعه ای-کاربردی بوده و از نوع پژوهش های کیفی می باشد که با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفته است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و برای  تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسه مداوم در رویکرد نظریه زمینه‌ای استراوس و  کوربین طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه، مدیران ارشد دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی،  متخصصان و خبرگان این حوزه در نظر گرفته شدند روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش به‌صورت قضاوتی-هدفمند بود داده های مصاحبه ها با استفاده از نظرات 7 نفر خبره و متخصص جمع آوری گردید . نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که برای توسعه سیستم مدیریت آموزش مبتنی بر شبکه‌های اجتماعی دو بستر شبکه اجتماعی(شامل  بستر آموزشی، ارتباطی، تکنولوژیکی و کاربری) و شبکه های یادگیری(شامل بستر آموزشی، پژوهشی و کارآفرینی) مورد نیاز است.

چکیده [English]

In each organization, social networks provide great challenges and opportunities for learning and education. Organizations, especially universities, by supporting social networks and encouraging students to promote participatory learning behavior, can improve the knowledge management process and enhance social learning. Based on this research, the present study was conducted to explore the necessary substrates for developing a social networking education management system. This research is a developmental-applied goal and it is a type of qualitative research that has been done using content analysis. The semi-structured interview was used to collect data and the continuous comparison method in Strauss and Corbin's field theory approach was used for three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The statistical population of the study was senior managers of universities and institutes of higher education, experts and experts in this field. The sampling method in this research was judiciously-targeted. The data of the interviews were gathered using experts' opinions of 7 experts. The results indicate that for the development of social networking education management system, two social networking platforms (including educational, communication, technological and user education) and learning networks (including educational, research and entrepreneurial background) are needed
