چکیده

هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل آموزش توسعه کارآفرینی در مراکز رشد دانشگاه­های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران بود. این پژوهش­ از نظر هدف، کاریردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری آن را کلیه­ رؤسای دانشگاه­ها و دانشکده­ها، معاونین و مدیران گروه­های تخصصی دانشگاه­های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران به تعداد 307 نفر تشکیل دادند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 172 نفر با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته با 105 سوال و4 بعد «محتوایی، ساختاری، زمینه­ای و فرایندی» و 9 مولفه «مناسبات و روابط، فناوری سازمان، فرهنگ، منابع انسانی، زیرساخت­، خدمات و حمایت­ها، برون دادها، استراتژی­ها و فرایندهای کاری» استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار به تایید متخصصان رسید و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 86/0 محاسبه شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون­ معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که؛ بین آموزش توسعه کارآفرینی در مراکز رشد با ابعاد محتوایی، ساختاری، زمینه­ای و فرایندی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین آموزش توسعه کارآفرینی در مراکز رشد با بعد محتوایی رابطه معناداری داشت و مدل ارائه شده نیز دارای برازش مناسب بود.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study was to present an entrepreneurship education training model in growth centers of Mazandaran Islamic Azad University. The purpose of this study was to investigate the descriptive method. The statistical population consisted of all 307 university heads and colleges, deputies and directors of the Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran. According to the Cochran formula, 172 people were randomly selected using random sampling method. Classes were selected as samples. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire with 105 questions and 4 dimensions: content, structure, context, and process, and 9 components of "relationships and relationships, organization technology, culture, human resources, infrastructure, services and Support, outsourcing, strategy and work processes ". The face and content validity of the tool was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.86. To analyze the data, structural equation test was used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurship development training in growth centers with content, structure, background and process dimensions. Also, training on entrepreneurship development in growth centers with content dimensions with a gain of 0.84 is most relevant and the proposed model also has appropriate fit.
