چکیده

 نظام‌های بهداشتی در سراسر کشورها با نیاز روزافزون تقاضا برای خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی باکیفیت روبرو می‌باشند. ارائه‌یی خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی نیز در گرو عواملی همچون کیفیت نیروی انسانی، فناوری‌های بکار گرفته شده، دانش جاری در سازمان و ... مرتبط است. عمده‌ترین بخش نیروی انسانی در این نظام‌ها را نیز پرستاران تشکیل می‌دهند که هر ساله با ریزش و استخدام نیرو مواجه می‌باشند. در این مطالعه، به بررسی رابطه بین هوش‌های چندگانه و رضایت شغلی 224 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی اهواز که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند پرداخته شد تا در صورت وجود رابطه بین هوش‌های چندگانه و رضایتمندی شغلی پرستاران، از این روش به عنوان یکی از شاخصه‌های پیشنهادی انتخاب دانشجویان رشته پرستاری و بکارگیری نیروهای جدید استفاده گردد. بدین منظور از پرسشنامه استاندارد 80 سؤالی هوش‌های هشت‌گانه و از پرسشنامه استاندارد رضایت شغلیJDI  استفاده گردید. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان داد که بین هوش‌های هشت‌گانه و رضایت شغلی پرستاران در سطح معناداری 5 درصد رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد اما صرفاً 4 نوع از هوش‌ها که شامل هوش کلامی (001/0P=)، هوش میان فردی(001/0P=)، هوش درون فردی(001/0P=) و هوش طبیعت گرایانه (008/0P=) قابلیت پیش بینی رضایت شغلی را دارند. رابطه‌ی بدست آمده تحت تأثیر سن و تحصیلات نیز تغییری نداشته است.

چکیده [English]

Health systems across the country are in the deep quest for quality healthcare and treatment service. These services are related to various factors such as human resources, technology, flow knowledge in the organization, and etc. Nurses constitute the main part of human resource management in these systems, which each year faces the loss and repeatedly recruitment of human resource. In current study, the relationship between multiple intelligence and job satisfaction of 224 nurses that worked in Ahvaz educational hospitals was investigated; because if there is a relationship between multiple intelligence and job satisfaction of nurses, the checking of multiple intelligence can be suggested as an indicator of student submission in this field and their employment. The sample selected by convenience sampling method according to the limitations. For the research purpose, the standard questionnaire was 80 questions to measure multiple intelligence in an eight items and besides, JDI job satisfaction questionnaire have been adopted. The results of this study shows that there is a positive relationship between Eight Intelligences and nurses' job satisfaction at a significant level of 5%, but only 4 types of intelligence are statically important, including verbal intelligence (sig = 0/001), interpersonal intelligence (sig = 0 / 001), intrapersonal intelligence (sig = 0/001) and naturalistic intelligence (sig = 0/008) are capable of job satisfaction predict. The founded relationship was not affected by age and educational level of respondents.
