چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین میزان اثربخشی آموزش انعطاف­پذیری کنشی بر بهزیستی روان­شناختی و خوش­بینی دانشجوهای دختر افسرده دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اهواز بود. حجم نمونه 20 نفر که از جامعه‌ی مذکور انتخاب و به دوگروه آزمایش (10) نفر و گروه کنترل (10) نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده تقسیم شدند. طرح پژوهش تجربی از نوع پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جهت جمع­آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس بهزیستی روان­شناختی ریف (1989) و مقیاس خوش­بینی شیء­یر و کارور (1985) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش مداخله‌ی آموزش انعطاف­پذیری کنشی، 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای را دریافت کرد. داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شد، نتایج نشان داد که آموزش انعطاف­پذیری کنشی بر بهزیستی روان­شناختی و خوش­بینی دانشجوهای دختر افسرده اثر بخش است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to evaluate effectiveness of resiliency training on psychological well-being and optimism among depressed female students of Mahshahr Islamic Azad University. The sample included 20 subjects whom were selected randomly via simple random sampling. The research design was an experimental pre-test post-test with control group. Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) Ryff Well-being Questionnaire (1989) Scheier and Carver Optimism Questionnaire (1985) were implemented to collect data. The participants were allocated randomly in experimental and control group, 10 individuals each. At first step the pre-test was conducted for both groups. Then resiliency training was performed for the experimental group during 10 sessions of 90 minutes. After wards the post-test was conducted. The data was analyzed via multi-variant covarianee analysis. The results indicated the effectiveness of resiliency training on psychological well-being and optimism among depressed female students.
