چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه
اثربخشی آموزش با مداخله گروهی به دو روش شناختی رفتاری و معنی درمانی بر افسردگی
و سلامت روان، دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه تربیت معلم (تهران-کرج) ایران در سال
تحصیلی( 89-90) به روش شبه آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بر روی 30 نفر گروه
نمونه (درهرگروه 10 نفر) که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شده اند صورت گرفت. در این
پژوهش از دو روش گروهی 10جلسه‌ای درمان شناختی رفتاری ومعنویت درمانی استفاده شد و
جهت جمع آوری داده ها در سه دوره زمانی (پیش آزمون ، پس آزمون و پیگیری) در دو
گروه آزمایشی و شاهد از پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و سلامت عمومی CHQ بهره گرفته شد.
نتایج تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها به وسیله دو آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس درسطح 01/0 معنادار
بودند. براین اساس نشان داده شد که هر دو رویکرد درمانی شناختی- رفتاری و معنی
درمانی موجب کاهش میزان افسردگی و افزایش سلامت روان در افراد گروه آزمایش شده است
و این تفاوت نسبت به گروه کنترل معنادار است. همچنین در بررسی اثر بخشی این دو روش
نیز مشاهده شد که بین معنویت درمانی و درمان شناختی رفتاری در اثر بخشی بر کاهش
افسردگی و افزایش سلامت روان تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.

The present study was done with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of group intervention with two methods of behavioral-cognitive and logo therapy on depression disorder and mental health of female students by quasi-experimental
method with experimental and control groups on 30 persons of sample group (10 persons in each group)who have been selected by available method in Teacher Educating University (Tehran- Karaj) In Iran academic year : 2011 , In this study was used of two group methods in 10 sessions of behavioral - cognitive and logo -therapy and was usedepression questionnaire by cognitive - behavioral Method (Beck
) to collect data in three time periods (pre-test, post-test and follow-up ) in two
experimental and control groups. The results of data analysis were significant by two
tests of covariance and repeated variance analyses at the level of0/01 . Accordingly , it
has been shown that both behavioral -cognitive therapy and logo - therapy
approaches have been caused on Decrease in Depression and increase mental health in
the experimental group and this difference is significant in comparison to the control
group . On the other hand , re-test shows lasting effect of therapy on Decrease in
Depression and increase mental health in both approaches with in one month .
Also there was no difference in effectiveness in Decrease Depression and increase mental
health between the two therapy groups.
