مقایسه میزان رضایت دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز از روش‌های مختلف آموزشی سخنرانی، الکترونیک و ترکیبی در آموزش درمان‌های دارویی بدون نسخه

چکیده
رضایت دانشجویان از شیوه‌های تدریس، تاٌثیر بسزایی در موفقیت تحصیلی آن‌ها دارد. بنابراین یافتن راهکارهای موفق در جهت افزایش رضایت دانشجویان از روش­های تدریس، جزء اولویت‌های آموزشی به شمار می‌رود. در این پژوهش، به مقایسه و بررسی میزان رضایت دانشجویان داروسازی از روش‌های مختلف آموزشی سخنرانی، الکترونیک و ترکیبی در آموزش درمان­های دارویی بدون نسخه پرداخته شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل 52 نفر از دانشجویان داروسازی ورودی 89 جندی­شاپور اهواز که واحد کارآموزی را داشتند، بود. مباحث مربوط به درمان‌های دارویی بدون نسخه با سه روش مختلف آموزشی (الکترونیک، سخنرانی و ترکیبی) به دانشجویان آموزش داده شد. درابتدای جلسات پیش­آزمون و در انتها پس­آزمون گرفته شد.
در نهایت میزان رضایت دانشجویان از روش­های تدریس، با پرسشنامه‌های محقق­ساخته‌ای که در اختیار آن‌ها قرار داده شد، سنجیده شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 0.78 به دست آمد.
نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بیش از ۶۱% دانشجویان در کل رضایت بیش‌تری از آموزش الکترونیک نسبت به روش آموزش سنتی داشته‌اند. همچنین بیش از ۶۱% دانشجویان نظر داشته­اند که اگر مباحثی هم به روش الکترونیک و هم به روش معمول سنتی ارائه شوند، روش الکترونیک را انتخاب خواهند کرد. بیش از 59% دانشجویان در کل آموزش به روش الکترونیک را مفید و مناسب ارزیابی کرده‌اند.
با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، آموزش به روش الکترونیک می­تواند به عنوان یک روش آموزشی جدید و مناسب، در کنار سایر روش‌های آموزشی در برنامه آموزشی گنجانده شود.

چکیده English

Students' satisfaction with of teaching methods has a significant impact on their academic achievement. Thus, finding successful methods to increase the students' satisfaction with teaching methods has been considered as educational priorities. This study was to compare and investigate the satisfaction rate of pharmacy students with various lecturing, E-learning and blended methods in training of non-prescription drug treatments. Population of the study was52pharmacy students studying Training unit at Ahvaz Jundishapur. The topics related to OTC therapies by three different educational methods (E-learning, lecturing, and blended methods) were taught to the students. Both pre & post tests were taken at the beginning and the end of sections. Finally, the satisfaction rates of students with teaching methods were measured by using researcher-made questionnaires. Validity was 0.78.  The results showed that in general, more than 61% of students claimed more satisfaction with e-learning method than traditional teaching method. Also, more than 61% students reported that in case of providing some topics electronically as well as traditionally, they will choose the E-learning approach. E-learning approach have been evaluated as advantageous and appropriate in general by more than 59% students. According to the results, E-learning teaching method can be included and used as a new and proper educational method along with other training methods in the curriculum.
