To analyze the obtained data, Pearson correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression analysis were used via SPSS21. According to the results, the correlation coefficients between university climate with academic buoyancy and achievement goals were respectively 0.739 and 0/71. Thus it is concluded that university climate can be influenced academic buoyancy and achievement goals.
