چکیده

مشاوره و راهنمایی دانشجویان، یکی از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای غلبه بر مشکلات تحصیلی دانشجویان می‌باشد. همچنین رضایت دانشجویان از نحوه‌ی راهنمایی و مشاوره تحصیلی موجب افزایش بازدهی و کارآمدی نظام آموزشی و کاهش افت تحصیلی دانشجویان می‌گردد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نظرات دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی درباره راهنمایی و مشاوره تحصیلی بود. در این مطالعه مقطعی، جامعه پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در سال 1392 بود که تعداد 280 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب و توسط پرسشنامه‌ای سه قسمتی که روایی و پایایی (آلفای کرونباخ 94/0 درصد) آن در مطالعه دیگر سنجیده شده بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری کای‌دو، آنالیز واریانس یک-طرفه و رگرسیون خطی چند‌گانه به وسیله نرم‌افزار 17SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. از بین نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه 8/65 درصد زن، 0/90 درصد مجرد و 7/50 درصد خوابگاهی بودند. میزان رضایت دانشجویان از وضعیت راهنمایی و مشاوره تحصیلی، در دانشجویان دختر بیشتر از دانشجویان پسر و در دانشجویان غیر خوابگاهی بیشتر از دانشجویان خوابگاهی بود. میانگین نمره رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان از وضعیت موجود و مطلوب مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی در دانشگاه به ترتیب 17/1±83/53 و 2/2±2/65 بود. بین میانگین نظرات دانشجویان در مورد وضعیت موجود، با متغیرهای رشته تحصیلی، تأهل و جنسیت و بین میانگین نظرات دانشجویان در مورد وضعیت مطلوب راهنمایی و مشاوره تحصیلی با وضعیت تأهل و خوابگاهی بودن تفاوت معنادار آماری وجود داشت (05/0p<). رضایت دانشجویان از وضعیت موجود مشاوره و راهنمایی تحصیلی در دانشگاه در حد متوسط بود.

چکیده [English]

Consultation and orientation is one the most significant preventive solutions in the universities. In addition, students’ satisfaction of educational counseling together with orientation provides the educational system with additional output and efficiency and less drop-out. With respect to the educational consultation and orientation, this survey aimed to evaluate the comments provided by the students in the North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences. Hence, the sample in this descriptive and cross-sectional study was selected from all the students of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences based on Morgan table, including 280 people those were surveyed through a questionnaire divided by three sections. Afterwards, the collected data was analyzed based on Chi2 Square, Poisson and regression tests by the software SPSS17. The variables of the studied sample showed 65.8% as female, 90% as single and 50.7% as hostel residential. The satisfaction to quality in females was more than the males; and in the hostel residential was less than the others. The average score for the satisfaction of quality in the current and optimal educational counseling in the university was 53.83±1.17 and 65.2 ±2.2, respectively. Given the variables of field, marriage status and sex, there was a significant difference through comparing the averages of the comment scores provided by the students for the current situation. A significant difference also was found among the comments expressed by the students for the optimal educational counseling quality, marriage status, and being hostel resident (P<0.05). Given importance to the relative satisfaction resulted from the students opinion about the quality of the current educational counseling, an effective approach is recommended to be adopted by the university officials for planning and qualitative / quantitative enhancement of the providing consultation and orientation services in the university.
