چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رضایتمندی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی(کارشناسی ارشد؛ دکتری) دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران از نحوه‌ی هدایت و راهنمایی پایان نامه توسط اساتید راهنما و مشاور در سال 1394- 1393 صورت گرفت. این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی انجام گردید. ابتدا اعتبار صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط11 نفر از اعضا هیأت علمی ارزیابی شد. CVR برای کلیه ی سؤالات پرسشنامه بیشتر از 59/0 بود که تأیید کننده ی روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه بود. پایایی پرسشنامه ازطریق محاسبه ضریب α کرونباخ صورت گرفت که ضریب 97/0 به دست آمد. در مجموع 382 نفر پرسشنامه ی پژوهش را تکمیل نمودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی توسط نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد میزان رضایت دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری از استادان راهنما، مشاور خود درسطح بالا بود و به ترتیب 8/86 درصد و 9/84 درصد رضایت داشتند. بین متغیرهای جنسیت و مقطع تحصیلی دانشجویان و میزان رضایت آنان از استاد راهنما، مشاور ارتباط معنی داری وجود نداشت(05/0p>). همچنین بین متغیرهای سن، نوع مطالعه و وضعیت پایان نامه با میزان رضایت آنان از اساتید راهنما، مشاور ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد(05/0p<). یافته ها بیانگر این بود که دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران رضایت مطلوبی از نحوه ی هدایت پایان نامه ها توسط اساتید راهنما و مشاور داشتند. پیشنهاد می شود به توانمندسازی دانشجویان دراجرای پایان نامه توجه بیشتری گردد و مطالعات بیشتری در سطح دانشگاه صورت گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study was to determine satisfaction of postgraduate students of hygeine school of Tehran university of medical sciences from their supervisors and Advisors at 2014-2015. This study was conducted by descriptive. At first was evaluated the face validity and content validity of questionaire with the Lawasche's method by 11 experts. CVR was more than 0.59 for all questionaire items that confirmed content validity. Its reliability was determined with the test- retest method and Cronbakh's alpha coefficient and it was 0.97. 382 students filled the questionaires and after collecting, data was analyzed with descriptive and analytic stastics by SPSS software. Findings of the study showed that 86.6 % of M.Sc. students and 84.9 % of Ph.D. students had high satisfaction from their supervisors and advisors. There was no meaningful relationship between gender and grade with satisfaction (p>0.05) but there was meaningful relationship between age, study type and thesis/dissertation situation (p<0.05).According to findings of this study postgraduate students of hygeine school of Tehran university of medical sciences were satisfied with their supervisors and advisors. Recommended emphasis on empowering students̕ research capabilities and further studies performed in Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
