چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثر بخشی آموزش مهارت حل مسئله برکارآفرینی و یادگیری تسلط یاب دانشجویان دختر رشته پرستاری دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شاهرود انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی با پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر رشته پرستاری دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شاهرود در سال تحصیلی ۹۴-۹۵ است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 40دانشجوی دختراست که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های کارآفرینی را بینزوکالتر(1996) و پرسشنامه استاندارد یادگیری تسلط یاب مقیمی و رمضان (1390) استفاده گردید. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS- 22و با روش آزمون تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها حاکی از آن بود آموزش مهارت حل مسأله بر توفیق طلبی، نیاز به استقلال و خودرهبری، گرایش به خلاقیت، ریسک پذیری و اراده دانشجویان اثربخش است (p<0/05). همچنین طی نتایج بدست آمده مشخص شد که آموزش مهارت حل مسأله بریادگیری تسلط یاب دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود مؤثر است(p<0/05). بنابراین می‌توان گفت، اجرای برنامه های آموزش مهارت های حل مسأله در برنامه های آموزش پرستاری توصیه می‌شود.

The Effect of Teaching Problem Solving Skills on Entrepreneurship and Learning to Dominate Students of Nursing Students in Shahrood University of Medical Sciences. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of problem solving skills training on entrepreneurship and learning the mastery of nursing students in Shahroud University of Medical Sciences. The present study is a quasi-experimental study with pre-test-post-test with control group. The statistical population of the present study included all female nursing students in Shahroud University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 1995-94. The research sample consisted of 40 female students selected through purposeful and accessible sampling.
