چکیده

مشاوره ی تحصیلی، رابطه ای است پویا و هدفمند که براساس مشارکت استاد و دانشجو و با روش هایی منطبق بر نیازمندی های دانشجو انجام می گیرد. رضایت مندی دانشجویان از ارائه راهنمایی و مشاوره ی تحصیلی در دانشگاه به عنوان یکی از عوامل پیشرفت تحصیلی آنها تعیین گردیده است. لذا، این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان رضایت مندی دانشجویان دانشکده‌ی پرستاری و مامایی اهواز از عملکرد اساتید مشاور در نیم سال اول تحصیلی 95- 1394 طراحی گردید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود که بر روی 240 نفر از دانشجویان ترم 3 به بعد دانشکده ی پرستاری و مامایی که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند، صورت گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ساخته شامل: 8 سؤال در خصوص مشخصات دموگرافیک و زمینه ای، 20 سؤال در خصوص میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان از اساتید مشاور (نمره‌گذاری براساس مقیاس درجه بندی لیکرت) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش های آماری توصیفی و استفاده از نرم افزار Spss-18 انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد که میانگین رضایت مندی دانشجویان پرستاری از مشاوره4/18± 2/57، دانشجویان مامایی8/19 ±72، دانشجویان اتاق عمل83/13 ± 5/65 و میانگین رضایت مندی کل سه گروه34/19 ± 2/64 بود. در خصوص مشاوره تحصیلی، میانگین رضایت مندی دانشجویان از بررسی وضعیت تحصیلی شان در پایان هر نیمسال تحصیلی توسط استاد مشاور22/1± 92/2 (نسبتاً مطلوب ) و از نظارت و پی گیری استاد مشاور بر عملکرد تحصیلی شان18/1 ± 88/2 (نسبتاً مطلوب ) بودو در مشاوره ی آموزشی، میانگین رضایتمندی دانشجویان از برنامه ریزی و نظارت استاد مشاور برانتخاب واحدهای درسی26/1 ± 14/3 (نسبتاً مطلوب) بود. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، پیشنهاد می‌گردد اساتید مشاور، زمان بیشتری در دانشکده حضور داشته -باشند. میزان آگاهی اساتید مشاور در خصوص مشاوره ی آموزشی و تحصیلی بررسی شود و در صورت لزوم، کارگاه-های آموزشی در خصوص آموزش مشاوره برای اساتید مشاور برگزار گردد.

چکیده [English]

Educational counseling is a dynamic and targeted relationship that to be performed based on participation between student and instructor with procedures in accordance to student’ needs. Students’ satisfaction from providing guidance and academic counseling at university are identified as one of thefactors in their academic achievement.. Hence, this study was designed with the aim of determination ofsatisfaction from nursing and midwifery students' viewpointswithperformance of academic advisors in the first semester during1394-95. This research was a cross-sectional studythat encompassed 240 students randomly selected from School of Nursing and Midwifery in 3rdSemester and afterwards. Data collectionThe research also involved collecting data froma researcher-made questionnaire consisted of 8questions on demographic and contextual and 20 questions about students' satisfaction from academic advisors (graded on Likert rating scale), respectively. Data analysis and statistical procedures were performed by SPSS18.The results showed that the average of satisfaction withconsultingwas mentionedbynursing students 57.2 ± 18.4, by midwifery students 72±19.8, by operating-room students 65.5 ± 13.83, and the mean of total satisfaction was estimated 64.2±19.34. In terms ofeducational consulting, the average of students' satisfaction withtheir academic status assessment by the academic advisorat the end of each semesterwas 2.92 ± 1.22 that was consideredrelatively desirable; and the monitoring and following up by academic advisor on students’educational performance was2.88 ± 1.18 (relativelydesirable);the average of students' satisfaction from academic advisor in planning and controllingthe units choice was 3.14 ± 1.26 (relatively desirable). According to the findings, it is suggested that advisors should be present more amount of time at the school, furthermore, awareness rate of academic advisors aboutacademic and educational counseling should be checked and, if necessary, educational workshops for academic advisorsshouldbe held on consultation training, too.
