چکیده

در کلاس های درس تجربه اساتید به دانشجویان انتقال یافته و جهت عملی شدن این انتقال حضور مستمر دانشجویان در کلاس ضروری است. علی رغم انجام مطالعات متعدد در خصوص علل غیبت، راهکارهای کاهش آن بررسی نشده است. مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تعیین راهکارهای کاهش غیبت در کلاس‌های درس نظری از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد انجام شد. کلیه ی دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل در نیم سال دوم 94-93، جامعه ی این پژوهش را تشکیل داده و در کل، 401 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده از بین دانشجویان ترم 2 به بعد، به تناسب تعداد دانشجویان هر مقطع و رشته، انتخاب و بررسی شدند. دانشکده ی پزشکی (75 نفر)، پرستاری و مامایی (182 نفر)، بهداشت (32 نفر) و پیراپزشکی (112 نفر). ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته بود. تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام و P

چکیده [English]

The experience of teachers is transferred to students in the classroom; and for the implementation of this, the continuous presence of students is necessary. Despite the numerous studies on the causes of absence, the strategies of its reduction have not been investigated. Hence, the aim of this study was to determine the strategies reducing the absenteeism in theoretical classes from the viewpoints of students in Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences. The population of this study consisted of all students studying in the second semester in 2016-2015 and just 401 students from Medical (n=75), Nursing and Midwifery (n=182), Health (n=32) and Paramedical (n=112) schools were randomly selected in proportion to the number of students in each school and field of study.
