چکیده

طرح درس یکی از عوامل مؤثر و کلیدی در فرایند یاددهی- یادگیری است. در حقیقت طرح درس زیربنای اصلی ساختار آموزشی و قلب آموزش است. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی طرح درس های اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی انجام شد. این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی می باشد که در آن 72 طرح درس ارائه شده توسط اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در نیم سال دوم سال تحصیلی 1390 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای این کار از چک لیستی محقق ساخته که شامل 12 حیطه ی مؤثر بر طرح درس بود، استفاده شد. داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS16 و با آزمون های آماری توصیفی تحلیل شد. از بین طرح درس های سه دانشکده ی مورد بررسی، طرح درس-های دانشکده ی بهداشت (81%) از لحاظ رعایت قواعد و مؤلفه های مورد بررسی وضعیت مطلوب تری داشتند. در مجموع، از بین مؤلفه های مورد بررسی، مشخص بودن اطلاعات عمومی (98%) و مشخص بودن اهداف (90%) دارای بهترین وضعیت و مؤلفه های زمان بندی کلاس بر اساس سرفصل ها و نگارش در قالب طرح درس مصوب، دارای پایین ترین نمره بودند که به ترتیب فقط در 35% و 44% طرح درس ها رعایت شده بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، کیفیت محتوا و نگارش طرح درس های ارائه شده اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در حد قابل قبول ارزیابی گردید، ولی در عین حال نقاط ضعف و کاستی هایی نیز در آنها مشاهده شد؛ در این راستا پیشنهاد می شود که مرکز مطالعات و توسعه ی آموزش پزشکی، تدوین و اجرای یک برنامه ریزی هدفمند در مورد بازبینی و ارزشیابی طرح درس مدرسان را به صورت سالانه در اولویت قرار دهد.

Lesson plan is one of the key factors in teaching – learning process. In fact, lesson plan is the main fundamental of education and the central to the teaching. Hence, a content analysis of the lesson plans was conducted by faculty members of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences (NKUMS). In this cross - sectional study, 72 lesson plans developed by NKUMS faculty members at the second semester in 2011-2012 were analyzed, and the data were collected by the researcher-made checklist included 12 effective items of lesson plan; afterwards, data were analyzed through descriptive test using SPSS software, version 16. Among three schools studied, health school’ lesson plans (81%) were more favorable situation. In total, general information defined (98%) and goals defined gained the highest scores among the components evaluated, whereas Scheduling classes based on curriculum (35%) and writing in format of lesson plan approved (44%) gained the lowest score. Based on the research findings, the quality of content and writing lesson plans presented by NKUMS faculty members was acceptable. As we observed weaknesses and defects, therefore, it can be recommended that the Education Development Center (EDC) prioritize the developing and implementation of the purposeful planning about evaluating of lesson plans annually.
