چکیده

.خشونت و آسیب های مرتبط با آن یکی از معضلات بهداشتی جهانی است که هر روز بر میزان آن افزوده می شود و این قربانیان نیازمند دریافت خدمات پزشکی و قانونی هستند. یکی از رشته های جدید در این زمینه پرستاری قانونی است. هدف از مطالعه ‌ی حاضر، مروری بر پرستاری قانونی، کاربرد آن و معرفی آن به عنوان یکی از شاخه های علم پرستاری است. این مقاله نوعی مطالعه‌ی مروری روایتی (Narrative review) است، که از طریق جستجوی کلمات کلیدی (پرستاری قانونی، پرستاری) در پایگاه‌ها و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Ovid، Scopus، EMBASE، Medline، Elsevier و کتابخانه‌ی ملی دیجیتال پزشکی ایران انجام شد. یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که پرستاری قانونی خدمات مستقیمی را به افراد بیمار، شناسایی سوء رفتارهای کودکان و سالمندان، مراقبت از بیماران زندانی، بررسی صحنه ی مرگ، مشورت با آژانس های ارائه دهنده ی خدمات در زمینه ی پرستاری، پزشکی و قانون و هم چنین شواهد به دادگاه ارائه می دهد. این رشته دارای چندین زیر شاخه تخصصی است. ارائه ی خدمات بهداشتی مناسب از سوی پرستاران قانونی می تواند نقش حیاتی در مراقبت از افراد آسیب دیده داشته باشد و علاوه بر اینکه آسیب های جسمی و روانی طولانی مدت سوء رفتار را کاهش می دهد؛ بلکه از احتمال قربانی شدن برای این گونه خشونت ها نیز جلوگیری می کند. بنابراین باید زیرساخت های لازم را برای طراحی و اجرای پرستاری قانونی فراهم گردد.

Violence and its associated trauma are an increasing worldwide critical health problem, and the victims of violence necessitate the medical and forensic services. Forensic nursing is one of the new disciplines in this field, hence the aim of this study was to review the forensic nursing, its application and introduction of forensic nursing as new branches of nursing discipline. This study was a narrative review research by searching the key words like forensic nursing and nursing in PubMed, Ovid, Scopus, EMBASE, Medline and Elsevier and Iranian INLM databases without time limitation. The result showed that forensic nursing provided direct services to individual, consultation services to nursing, medical and law-related agencies, as well as providing expert court testimony in areas dealing with trauma and/or questioned death investigative processes, addressing the children and elderly abuse, care of prisoner patients and assessing death scenes. This field also had some branches; providing an appropriate health services by forensic nurses can have a pivotal role in care of individuals who were the victims of violence; not only decreases the long term effect of abuses on physical and psychological aspect, but also prevent from being a victim of the violence. Therefore, the educational authorities should consider the necessity of designation the infrastructure required to provide forensic nursing and implementation of forensic nursing in health care systems.
