چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش اثربخشی بازی درمانی بر کلاهش علائم اختلال بیش فعالی و کمبود توجه کودکان دبستانی مدارس اختلال رفتار بود. روش تحقیق این پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. پس از غربالگری 80 دانش آموز پسر پایه اول و دوم دبستان از دو مدرسه اختلال رفتار در تهران(1394)، با استفاده از مقیاس والدین کانرز، 38 کودک، دارای بیش فعالی و کمبود توجه تشخصی داده شدند، سپس 36 دانش آموز بطور تصادفی جهت این پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله (18 نفر) و کنترل (18 نفر) قرار گرفتند. در ادامه مهارت بازی درمانی در طی 12 جلسۀ یک ساعته به گروه آزمایش آموزش داده شد و گروه کنترل هیچگونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. داده ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نمرات گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه در مقیاس والدین کانرز (001/0p<) در پس آزمون تغییر معنی داری داشت. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده می توان نتیجه گرفت که علائم بیش فعالی و کمبود توجه، ناتوانی یادگیری و اضطراب تحت تأثیر بازی درمانی، در قالب طرح آزمایشی اخیر کاهش یافته و این رویکرد به درمانگران و متخصصان روانشناسی پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

چکیده [English]
the present research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of play therapy in reducing the symptoms of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in a group of primary schoolchildren in Tehran in 2015. the research was conducted in a quasi-experimental framework with pre- and posttest. To select the research sample, at first a total number of 80 first and second grade students in two primary schools in Tehran were screened and then using Conners' Parent Rating Scale, 38 children with ADHD were recognized, among whom 36 applicants were randomly selected and divided into control and experimental groups, each including 18 persons. The experimental group received play therapy for 12 sessions, each lasting an hour while the control group received no treatment. The gathered data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). it was found that the scores for experimental group had significant difference in posttest of Conners' Parent Rating Scale, compared to those for control group (p<0.001).it can be concluded that play therapy could reduce the symptoms of ADHD, learning disabilities and anxiety. Therefore, it is suggested that therapists and psychologists employ the therapy to help patients with ADHD.
