چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی موانع و مشکلات آموزشی و رفاهی اعضای هیأت علمی و دستیاران علمی دانشگاه پیام نور استان خوزستان انجام گرفته است. جامعه ی پژوهش شامل کلیه ی دستیاران و اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه پیام نور استان خوزستان در سال 1390 بودند، که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 120 نفر از بین آن ها انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامهی محقق ساخته بود. روایی صوری آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و پایایی به روش آلفای کرانباخ، 92/0 برای کل به دست آمد. یافته‌های پژوهش در 5 خرده مقیاس نشان داد که بیشترین مشکلات دو گروه دستیابی به مهارت حرفه‌ای (5/1= )، در مرحله ی بعد دستیابی به دانش جدید (77/1= ) در مراتب بعدی به ترتیب امکانان رفاهی (87/1= )، ساختار آموزشی (8/2= ) و مشکلات سازمانی (64/3= ) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین نظر آن دو در حیطه ی دستیابی به دانش جدید وجود داشت (01/0>P و 51/2=t). شواهد و نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که دانشگاه پیام نور استان خوزستان، تلاش ناموفقی در فراهم کردن امکان دستیابی به دانش جدید و دسترسی به مهارت های حرفه ای داشته است و در زمینه ی فراهم کردن امکانات رفاهی نیز ناموفق بوده است. ساختار سازمانی و مقررات دانشگاه از موانع ارتقای جامعه ی مورد بررسی بود.

چکیده [English]

This Special reseaech has been performed on reviewing the educational and welfare barriers and problems from the scientific board members and scientific assistants’ opinion. The research population consisted of all faculty members and the scientific board members at payam Noor University in Khuzestan Province in 2011; and 120 members were chosen through simple random sampling method. Moreover, in order to gaderhing data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used which contained two sections with 41 sub-questions; its external validity and reliability was estimated using Cronbach Alpha and experts’ opinion(92/0 for the total). The research findings showed that the most problems among five subscales for the two groups were achieveing to professional skills ( =1/5), achieving the new sciences (CX=1/77), achieving to welfare services ( =1/87), educational structure ( = 2/8) and the organizational problems ( = 3/64), respectively. By T-test, the comparison between two groups showed there is significant differences between the View of them In area of accessing to new knowledge (t=2.51, P<0.01). According to the results, PNU has been not successful in the acquisition to new knowledge and professional skills, and it failed in providing welfare amenities, too. Moreover, the organizational and administrative problems were considered as the barriers to studied population promotion.
