چکیده

در علوم تربیتی، علاقه و رغبت را نقطه ی شروع یادگیری و فعالیت می دانند. با وجود این، مطالعه ای برای بررسی علاقه ی دانشجویان پرستاری به حرفه ی خود انجام نشده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان و عوامل تأثیرگذار بر علاقه-ی دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به حرفه ی خود در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان انجام شد. این پژوهش مقطعی، بر روی 185 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه ی پژوهشگر ساخته بود. بخش اول پرسش-نامه شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، بخش دوم شامل سؤالات مربوط به عوامل مؤثر بر علاقه و بخش سوم شامل چگونگی تأثیر عوامل بر تغییرات علاقه دانشجویان بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های کای دو، تی مستقل و تی زوجی استفاده شد. میانگین علاقه به رشته ی تحصیلی در بدو ورود 03/27±79/54% و در زمان تحصیل 56/27±94/59% بود. مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر میزان علاقه ی دانشجویان، حس کمک به هم نوع، امکان اشتغال بالای پرستاران و آگاهی از مسؤولیت بالای پرستار بود. پیشنهاد می شود در سیستم گزینش دانشجو تغییراتی ایجاد گردد و علاوه بر نمرهی آزمون سراسری، ویژگی های دیگری مانند علاقمندی و شخصیت فراگیران نیز مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

Interest is the starting point for learning through educational sciences. However, no study is available on the students' interest in nursing as a career. This study aimed to evaluate the factors affecting the interests of nursing students at Kashan University of Medical Sciences toward Nursing as a career. This cross-sectional study was performed on 185 nursing students. Then data were gathered using a questionnaire made by the researchers. The first part of the questionnaire included demographic information, the second section consisted of questions on factors affecting interest and the tired part consisted of questions on how these factors changed their interest during their study period. Afterwards, data analysis conducted using descriptive statistics, chi- squared, independent and paired t testes. According to result, the students obtained 54.79 ± 27.03% of the interest score at arrival then it was increased to 59.94 ± 27.56% during the study period. Consequently, the main factors affecting interest were a feel of being helpful for the human kind, high possibility of being employed, and awareness of the nurse's high level responsibility toward patient. It is suggested that a change should be made during student selection process for profession, therefore, the students' interest and personality can be considered.
