چکیده

یکی از ابتکارات در زمینه ی آموزش، سیستم یادگیری به کمک همتایان می باشد که در آن دانشجویان در نقش استاد و یا کمک کننده به اساتید ظاهر می شوند. با توجه به مزایای این سیستم، هدف از مطالعه ی حاضر بررسی دیدگاه اساتید دانشکده ی پزشکی و دندان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در خصوص مزایای بالقو ه ی سیستم یادگیری به کمک همتایان است. پژوهشگران با استفاده از یک بررسی متون گسترده اقدام به طراحی پرسش نامه ای در خصوص مزایای سیستم آموزشی یادگیری به کمک همتایان نمودند. 214 نفر از اساتید دانشکده ی پزشکی و دندان پزشکی بابل که به-صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند، در این مطالعه مشارکت کردند و داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از آنالیزهای آماری T یک نمونه ای مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که این سیستم بیشترین تأثیر را بر تقویت اعتماد به نفس دانشجو (50%)، تقویت مهارت ارتباطی دانشجو (5/48%) دارد. بر اساس یافته ها، می توان نتیجه گرفت که اساتید پزشکی و دندان پزشکی موافق مزایا و انجام این سیستم هستند و اجرای این سیستم می‌تواند منجر به تربیت نیروی انسانی توانمند گردد.

Medicine and Dentistry Professors' Point of View About the Potential Effects of the Peers Assisted Learning at Babol University of Medical Sciences

چکیده [English]

One of the initiatives in education is Peer Assisted Learning system in which students play the role of teachers or their assistant. Regarding to benefits of this system, the present study aimed to survey the attitudes of medical and dental teachers' of schools at Babol university of medical science on peer assisted learning. Following a literature review, the researchers designed a questionnaire on benefits of peer assisted learning, then the study' population consisted of 214 medical and dental school teachers whom were selected randomly and, participated. The collected data were analyzed with Chi-square statistical test. The results showed that this system has the most impressions in student's self-confidence (50%) and student's communication skills (48.5%). Regarding to this results, it can be concluded that the dental and medical teacher's agreed with benefits and application of this system, As well as implementation of this active learning system would lead in capable work force/
