چکیده

انتظارات و نگرش دانشجویان در زمینه ی رشته ی تحصیلی و آینده ی شغلی شان عوامل بسیار مهمی در انگیزش آن ها می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه ی انتظارات از رشته ی تحصیلی و نگرش نسبت به آینده ی شغلی در دانشجویان دانشکده ی بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در سال 1392 انجام شد. در این مطالعه ی توصیفی_تحلیلی تعداد 242 نفر از دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشکده ی بهداشت به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش پرسش نامه ای محقق ساخته، شامل 26 سؤال بود. 13 سؤال برای مشخصات فردی و 13 سؤال برای سنجش انتظارات از رشته ی تحصیلی و نگرش نسبت به آینده ی شغلی و ارتباط آنها با اطلاعات فردی را مورد بررسی قرار می داد. داده ها با آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در نسخه ی 17 نرم افزار SPSSتجزیه و تحلیل شد. 6/68% دانشجویان از رشته ی تحصیلی خود انتظار بالایی داشتند و هم چنین 3/79% از دانشجویان به آینده ی شغلی خود امیدوار و بسیار امیدوار بودند و این دو متغیر ارتباط معناداری با یکدیگر نشان دادند. پژوهش کنونی، نشانگر دیدگاه بسیار مناسب این دانشجویان به انتظارات از رشته ی تحصیلی و آینده ی شغلی شان بود. توجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق در برنامه ریزی های آتی می تواند افق روشن تری از آینده‌ی شغلی از نظر بازار کار و اشتغال پیش روی دانشجویان این رشته ها قرار دهد.

چکیده [English]

Students' expectations and attitudes about their academic field and prospective job are two effective factors for their motivation. This study was aimed to study the relationship between the expectation of academic field and attitude about prospective job among students in school of health at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical sciences in 2014. In this descriptive-analytical investigation, 242 students contributed to answer the study instrument which was a researcher-made questionnaire including 26 questions; it was included 13 questions for demographic questions, 13 questions for investigating students' expects, and their attitude about job prospect. The correlation between these items and demographic field were investigated; in addition, collected data were analyzed having used analytical and descriptive statistics in spss17,. 68/6% of participations were highly expected corresponding to their academic field, and 79/3% of students had hopefully positive attitude about their future job. Furthermore, these two variables were significantly correlated and effecting each other. Accordingly, this study has addressed positive view of students in terms of their academic field and job prospect, moreover, results of This study can be applied in future plans and create more clear scene about their job prospect, in terms of job and employment in future life.
