چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه ی دیدگاه مدرسان و دانشجویان در مورد عوامل مؤثر بر ارزشیابی مدرس توسط دانشجو به صورت توصیفی مقایسه ای از نوع مقطعی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 1391 انجام شده است. جامعه ی آماری مورد مطالعه، شامل تمامی مدرسان و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد می باشد، که تعداد120 نفر از مدرسان شاغل در دانشگاه و 120 نفر از دانشجویان همین دانشگاه به صورت نمونه گیری طبقه ای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نظرات آنان توسط دو پرسش نامه ی مشابه ولی مجزا و در دو بخش جمع آوری شد. پرسش نامه ها به صورت جمع_ایفا برای دانشجویان و خود_ایفا برای مدرسان توزیع و گردآوری گردید. پرسش نامه ی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه، محقق ساخته بوده است که روایی و پایایی آن توسط محقق سنجیده شده است. داده ها پس از ورود به نرم افزار آماریSPSS ، با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی و مان ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. عوامل مؤثر بر ارزشیابی مدرس از دیدگاه مدرسان و دانشجویان به ترتیب اولویت عبارت بود از: حیطه ی مهارت آموزش تئوری مدرس، حیطه ی مهارت آموزش عملی مدرس، حیطه ی خصوصیات مربوط به مدرس (فردی، شخصیتی و ارتباطی) و حیطه ی خصوصیات مربوط به دانشجو. هر چند نتایج به دست آمده نشان از تشابه بین دیدگاه واحدهای مورد مطالعه دارد، اما اختلاف آماری معناداری بین دیدگاه مدرسان و دانشجویان وجود دارد. به طوری که سطح نمرات مدرسان در هر یک از حیطه ها نسبت به دانشجویان بالاتر است. انجام ارزشیابی مدرسان توسط دانشجویان و بازخورد آن به مدرسان فرآیندی است که به بهبود تدریس در ارتقای نظام آموزشی کمک می کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to compare Factors that affect “Student Evaluation of Teaching” from both teachers’ and students’ points of view in Shaheed Sadoughi Universityin medical sciences, Yazd,Iran in 2012. The statistical population consisted of all teachers at this university Then 120 teachers and 120 students were selected through stratified sampling method. Their views were gathered by similar questionnaires with two sections. The used questionnaire was developed by the researcher and its validity and reliability has been measured. Data was analyzed by SPSS software through descriptive statistics and statistical tests( t test and Mann Whitney test). Based on the results, teachers and students considered effecting factors consisted of teaching skills in theory courses, teaching skills in practical courses, teacher's characteristics (demographic, personalityand communication) and student characteristics. The results showed similarity between the views obtained from the teachers and students, however,there were significant differences between the views of teachers and students . It would be indicated that the process in which evaluation of teachers by students and feed back to terchers helps to improve teaching and education promotion..
