چکیده

سال‌هاست که تئوریسین‌ها و مربیان پرستاری معتقدند که قضاوت بالینی پرستار بایستی بر اساس اطلاعات دقیق و به شیوه‌ای علمی صورت گیرد، از این‌رو در تلاش جهت بهبود ساختار کار پرستاری هال برای اولین بار از واژه‌ی فرآیند پرستاری استفاده کرد. با توجه به اهمیت ارزیابی مهارت پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری در اجرای فرآیند پرستاری از شیوه‌های مختلفی بدین منظور استفاده می‌شود. یکی از این شیوه‌ها استفاده از آزمون آسکی است، از این‌رو مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف ارزیابی نظرات و عملکرد دانشجویان پرستاری در ارزشیابی فرآیند پرستاری به شیوه‌ی آسکی اجرا شد. در مطالعه‌ی حاضر که از نوع توصیفی_همبستگی است و در سال 1389 بر روی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده‌ی پرستاری مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز انجام شد، عملکرد 35 دانشجو در اجرای فرآیند پرستاری که به شکل نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای وارد مطالعه شده بودند، به شیوه‌ی آسکی ارزشیابی شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها چک لیست ارزیابی فرآیند پرستاری و پرسش نامه ی محقق ساخته در خصوص نظرات دانشجویان در مورد این شیوه ی ارزیابی بود. بعد از جمع آوری اطلاعات، داده ها در نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ی 18 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی میانگین، انحراف معیار و آمار تحلیلی کای اسکویر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد که نمرات عملکرد دانشجویان در اکثر قسمت های فرآیند پرستاری بالاتر از حد متوسط بود و هم چنین رضایت آن ها از این شیوه ی ارزشیابی بالا بود که در نتیجه با توجه به رضایت دانشجویان از این شیوه ی ارزشیابی و هم چنین با در نظر گرفتن مزایای آن استفاده از این شیوه جهت ارزشیابی مهارت دانشجویان در فرآیند پرستاری توصیه می شود.

For years, theoreticians and educators of nursing believe that clinical judgments by nurses should be based on accurate information and scientific manner, so the great effort has been done to improve the structure of nursing work, and Hall for the first time used the term nursing process. With considering the importance of assessment skills of nurses and nursing students in the implementing nursing process, various ways can be used; one of these methods is the OSCE test, and the present study evaluated the performance and opinion of nursing students and their comments about evaluation the nursing process by OSCE style. This survey was descriptive - correlation study that was conducted in 2010 at nursing & midwifery school of Ahvaz jundishapur university of medical sciences, and assessed functions of 35 students in the implementation of nursing process whom were entered in this study by random sampling. In addition, data gathering tool was a check list of Nursing Process Evaluation and a questionnaire made by researcher about opinions of students. After data collection, data were analyzed by the statistical software SPSS version 18, using descriptive statistics (mean &standard deviation), and also analytic statistics chi-square. Consequently, Student Performance scores in most parts of the nursing process werw above average as well as the satisfaction of the assessment method was high.According to students’ satisfaction of this approach for the assessment and also with regard to the benefits of this method, utilizing this approach, therefore, recommended for evaluating nursing students within performance nursing process.
