چکیده

چکیده: دانشجویان تقریباً همیشه اولین روز فعالیت‌های یادگیری بالینی در محیط بالینی جدید را به‌عنوان یک رویداد‌‌پر‌استرس قلمداد می‌کنند. این استرس‌ها می‌تواند سلامت روانی دانشجویان را به خطر اندازد. این مطالعه‌ی مقدماتی با هدف تعیین وضعیت سلامت روانی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه اهواز و ارتباط آن با برخی شاخص‌های فردی و اولین تجربه‌ی آموزش بالینی انجام شده است. در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی و از نوع همبستگی، نمونه‌گیـری به روش سرشماری بر روی 24 دانشجوی پرستاری سال اول (ابتدای ورود به دانشگاه و پایان نیمسال دوم) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز انجام شد. 22 نفر از آن‌ها پرسشنامه‌ها را تکمیل کردند و وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل دو پرسشنامه‌ی مشخصات فردی و نیز پرسشنامه‌ی سلامت عمومی 28 سؤالی (28GHQ-) بود.(پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، اطلاعات استخراج شد ‌و از روش‌های آماری توصیفی: فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و به‌صورت جداول و نمودار و روش استنباطی: آزمون t زوجی و t مستقل و با ضریب اطمینان 95درصد جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده و همچنین از برنامه‌ی آماری SPSS (نسخه‌ی16) استفاده شد). نتایج به‌دست آمده از این مطالعه، ارتباطی بین هیچ‌کدام از مشخصات‌فردی با نمرات GHQ را‌ نشان نداد‌(P>0.05)، اما نتایج، ارتباط معناداری بین سلامت روان و احساس مثبت یا منفی آن‌ها قبل از کارآموزی داشت (p<0.5). بررسی پاسخ دانشجویان به آزمون28- GHQ در بدو ورود به دانشگاه نشان داد که 25 درصد (6 نفر) از کل دانشجویان مورد مطالعه (24 نفر)، به‌عنوان دانشجوی آسیب‌پذیر ارزیابی شدند. بعد از اولین تجربه‌ی آموزش بالینی 41 درصد(9 نفر) از 22 نفر آن‌ها، در گروه دانشجویان آسیب‌پذیر قرار گرفتند. تحلیل آماری، تفاوت معنادار بین نمرات GHQ قبل و بعد از کار‌آموزی نشان داد ((p<0.5. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده، دانشجویان پرستاری پس از اولین تجربه‌ی بالینی، از نظر سلامت روان آسیب‌پذیرتر می‌شوند، لذا انجام برنامه‌های مناسب برای ایجاد جوّ با استرس کمتر در محیط بالینی، امری ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد.

Relationship of mental health nursing students with the first Clinical education experience

Abstract: The first day of clinical education activities in a new clinical environment are almost always considered as a stressful event for nursing students. This study conducted to detection mental health nursing students and its relationship with some individual indicators and the first clinical education experience. In this cross – correlation study, sampling was in the census on 24 first year nursing students (arrival to nursing school and end of second semester) in Ahvaz Jundishapour University of Medical Sciences. 22 people completed questionnaires were enrolled. Data collection instruments included demographic and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) respectively. After data collection, data extract and analyze by using of descriptive statistics and inferential methods: paired t test and independent t test. The results of present study showed no association between any of the profile with GHQ scores (P> 0.05).But the results indicated an association between positive or negative feeling pre-clinical education experiences and mental health. Students responses to test the GHQ-28 on arrival, showed that 25% percent (6) of all studied students (24people), were assessed as vulnerable students, After the first experience of clinical education, 41% (9) of 22 of them were diagnosed as the vulnerable students group. Statistic analysis showed significant difference between the GHQ scores before and after training. Regarding to obtain findings, nursing students become more vulnerable for mental health after the first clinical training. It seems necessary, do some good programs to make training less stressful atmosphere in the clinical environment.
