Abstract
The present study investigates the characteristics of the curriculum and seeks to explore the subjective and semantic arguments of teachers and curriculum experts using the curriculum model of associate teachers using social commentary approach. The data of this qualitative study were collected through in-depth interviews and the base theory method was used for data analysis. Theoretical and purposeful sampling method was used to interview 23 professors and curriculum experts. Finally, the qualitative data were coded and analyzed in 23 sub-categories, 10 core categories and one core category. The research findings showed that the disciplines included: facilitation of education, fostering student interest in the teaching profession, knowledge and skill development, talent acquisition, educational environment, integrated teaching methods, sound evaluation, knowledge productivity, teacher skills development, and nurturing creative and innovative teachers. By further abstracting these topics into the selective coding phase, a core category is described as the "Teacher Practice Curriculum Model to Facilitate Knowledge-Based Learning and Skills Development and to Strengthen Student Interest in Teaching Jobs in the Framework of Talent Integration and Evaluation Strategy" To knowledge productivity, development and fostering in May Rats lead teacher "appearance that can give all the other categories covered. Therefore, the expert opinions of these professors are the best strategy for explaining the postgraduate teacher training curriculum. Therefore, to understand the validity of such a model, the same can be quantitatively investigated at a large level of the similar statistical population.
