چکیده
هدف: هدف کلی پژوهش، ارائه الگوی جو سازمانی متعالی دانشگاه ها در راستای ارتقای دانش با رویکرد تئوری داده بنیاد در دانشگاه های آزاد استان مازندران در پارادایم کیفی بود.
روش: ماهیت پژوهش حاضر اکتشافی و از داده های کیفی در آن استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، خبرگان و اساتید دکترای مدیریت آموزش عالی و مدیریت آموزشی در دانشگاه های آزاد استان مازندران بود. محقق در این زمینه از روش گلوله برفی استفاده نمود که پس از مصاحبه عمیق با تعداد 10 نفر از نخبگان و صاحب نظران به اشباع نظری دست یافت. داده ها با بکارگیری مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش کیفی تئوری داده بنیاد، انجام شد.
یافته ها: طبق نتایج حاصل از شرایط عوامل مداخله گر (محیطی) نشان داد که عوامل مداخله گر، شامل محیط سیاسی، علمی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و محیط دانشگاه می باشد. از جمله راهبردها می توان به مشارکت کارکنان در تصمیم گیری، یکسان سازی اهداف کارکنان و سازمان و مطابقت پاداش ها با کیفیت کارها و ... اشاره کرد. و از پیامدهای جو سازمانی متعالی دانشگاه ها در راستای ارتقای دانش می توان به بالا رفتن بازده های علمی، افزایش تعهد و وفاداری افراد به سازمان، مسئولیت پذیری کارکنان در برابر وظایف محوله و.... اشاره نمود.
نتیجه گیری: الگوی جو سازمانی متعالی دانشگاه ها در راستای ارتقای دانش به مدیران دانشگاه های آزاد می تواند به عنوان یک بسته کاربردی و جامع، برای همه مدیران دانشگاه ها و دستگاه های اجرایی، بطور عام پیشنهاد گردد.

چکیده English

Purpose: The general purpose of the research was to present a model of the superior organizational climate of universities in order to promote knowledge with the foundational data theory approach in Mazandaran province Azad universities in a qualitative paradigm.
Method: The nature of the current research is exploratory and qualitative data was used in it. The statistical population of the research was experts and professors of higher education management and educational management in Azad universities of Mazandaran province. In this field, the researcher used the snowball method, which achieved theoretical saturation after in-depth interviews with 10 elites and experts. The data was collected using in-depth and semi-structured interviews and data analysis was done with the qualitative method of Foundation Data Theory.
Findings: According to the results of the intervening (environmental) factors, it showed that the intervening factors include the political, scientific, cultural, economic and university environment. Among the strategies, we can mention the participation of employees in decision-making, the alignment of the goals of employees and the organization, and the matching of rewards with the quality of work, etc. And among the consequences of the excellent organizational atmosphere of universities in the direction of knowledge promotion, we can mention the increase in scientific efficiency, increase in the commitment and loyalty of people to the organization, the responsibility of employees in front of assigned tasks, etc.
