چکیده

مقدمه: آموزش عالی می تواند نقش مفیدی در تربیت نیروی متخصص و متعهد ایفا نماید. از این رو احساس نیاز به تدوین مجموعه ای جامع و فراگیر که بطور اختصاصی به مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش عالی و نیز لزوم آموزش آنان به اساتید بپردازد، وجود دارد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی اخلاق حرفه ای اساتید در نظام آموزش عالی انجام پذیرفت.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی انجام شد. در این روش، از دو قسمت تحلیل مضمون و تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه ها استفاده گردید. کلیه متون علمی و مستند مربوط به نظریه آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش عالی به عنوان جامعه پژوهش در نظر گرفته شد. به منظور شناسایی مقوله ها، از نظرات نخبگان استفاده شد. نمونه گیری نخبگان به دو روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز و محوری، و از طریق نرم افزار تحیل کیفی maxqdaتجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: با بررسی و ادغام ۳۱۴ مضمون اولیه، ۲۴ مضمون سازمان‌دهنده برای اخلاق حرفه ای اساتید شناسایی شده و شبکه مضامین اخلاق حرفه ای ترسیم گردید. بر این اساس، اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش عالی شامل ۷ مقوله اصلی اخلاق آموزشی، پژوهشی، فردی، سازمانی، مالی، تعاملی و فرهنگی نشان داده شد. در نهایت، به روش فراترکیب، الگوی نهایی حاصل از ترکیب تحلیل اسناد و مصاحبه ‌ها ترسیم گردید.
نتیجه گیری: به مسئولین دانشگاهها توصیه می شود تا ضمن شناخت الگوی حرفه ای اساتید، نسبت به ارتقا اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش عالی قدم بردارند.

Providing a Model of Professional Ethics for Teachers in the Higher Education System: Qualitative Research

Introduction: Considering the role of higher education in training specialized and committed personnel and the feeling of the need to develop a comprehensive and comprehensive set that deals specifically with the components of professional ethics in higher education and the need to train teachers, the present study aims to provide a model of professional ethics. Professors in the higher education system.
 
Method: The present study was conducted qualitatively. In this method, two parts of content analysis and content analysis of interviews were used. All scientific and documentary texts related to the theory of professional ethics education in higher education, including first or second hand books and articles in the present study were considered as a statistical and sample population. Data were analyzed using open and axial coding and content matrix formation and analysis. In addition, the analysis process was performed through maxqda quality analysis software.
Results and discussion: By reviewing and merging 314 basic themes, 24 organizing themes for professors' professional ethics were identified and a network of professional ethics themes was drawn. Accordingly, professional ethics in higher education, including 7 main categories of educational ethics, research, personal, organizational, financial, interactive and cultural ethics were shown.
Conclusion: Finally, the final pattern of the combination of document analysis and interviews was drawn by the meta-combination method. University officials are advised to recognize the professional model of professors and take steps to promote professional ethics in higher education.
