چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی آموزش صنعت بیمه بارویکرد توسعه فردی درشهر تهران بود. روش پژوهش روش ترکیبی کیفی به روش تئوری زمینه ای و مدل معادلات ساختاری به روش کمی بود. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کمی 21 نفر از اساتید نخبه در برنامه‌ریزی در سی و آموزشی بودند و نمونه در بخش کمی 163 نفر از کارشناسان شرکت آتیه سازان حافظ در شهر تهران در سال 99 بودند که به روش تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار های تحقیق عبارت بوداز مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش الگوی آموزشی با رویکرد توسعه فردی در کارکنان بیمه. داده‌ها در بخش کیفی به روش گراندد تئوری اکتشافی جمع‌آوری شده و سپس با آزمون مدل معادله ساختاری در نرم افزار  plsتحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد 10 مولفه شناسایی شدند. نتایج تحلیل اکتشافی‌ نشان داد مقوله های بنیادی همچون توانمندی برند سازی  و ارائه خدمات مطلوب، ارتقای دانش روانشناسی، آموزش پایه و پیشرفته تحقیق و پژوهش، ارتقای کیفیت فرآیند‌ های آموزشی، راهنمایی شغلی مدون،  فرهنگ ‌یادگیری،  شفافیت و کارایی فرآیند اجرایی، ‌توسعه فناورانه، توسعه انگیزش و سیستم بازخورد شفاف  به دست آمد. این مقوله ها در تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نیز بار عاملی خوبی رانشان دادند و 10 عامل تشکیل دادند.همچنین تحلیل مسیر ارتباط بین متغیر ها نشان داد تمامی مسیر های مستقیم و غیر مستقیم مدل معنادار بودند. در نهایت مدل اعتبار و برازش مناسبی را نشان داد. نتایج نشان داد مدل مذکور هم به لحاظ کیفی وهم کمی دقیق است و می تواند مبنای برنامه ریزی آموزش کارکنان صنعت بیمه در راستای توسعه فردی آنها باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a model of insurance industry education with an individual development approach in Tehran. The research method was qualitative mixed method using grounded theory, and for the quantitative phase of the study, structural equation modeling was used. The research population in the quantitative phase included 21 elite professors in educational planning, and the population in the quantitative phase involved 163 officers of Atieh Sazan Hafez Company in Tehran in year 2020 who were selected by cluster random sampling method. The research tools were a semi-structured interview, and a researcher-made questionnaire used to assess the educational model with an individual development approach in insurance employees. The data in the qualitative phase were collected using the grounded theory and then analyzed by testing the structural equation model in SmartPLS software. According to the results, 10 components were identified. The results of exploratory analysis yielded the following basic categories: branding capability and providing desirable services, improving psychological knowledge, basic and advanced research training, improving the quality of educational processes, codified career guidance, learning culture, transparency and efficiency of the executive process, ‌ technological development, and development of motivation and transparent feedback system. These categories also showed a good factor load in exploratory factor analysis and formed 10 factors. Also, the path analysis of the relationship between variables showed that all direct and indirect paths of the model were significant. Finally, the model showed good validity and fit.
