چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین مدل پویندگی و تحرک نظام آموزش عالی در دانشگاه‏های شهر کرمانشاه است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل 330 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه­های‏ استان کرمانشاه است که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‏ها، پرسشنامه است. روایی (صوری) و پایایی (ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) پرسشنامه‏ها حاکی از آن هستند که ابزارهای اندازه‏گیری از روایی و پایایی خوبی برخوردار هستند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات توسط نرم‏افزار SMART-PLS و با استفاده از آماره آزمون t و ضرایب مسیر (β)، نشان می‌دهد که شرایط زمینه­ای بر پویندگی نظام آموزشیبه میزان 732/0 بیشترین تأثیر و شرایط علی به میزان 564/0کمترین میزان اثرگذاری را دارد. پیشنهاد می­شود که به‌منظور ارتباط بین دانشگاه و صنعت دوره‌های آموزشی و یاددهی کاربردی برای جامعه و خانواده‌ها و حضور در بطن زندگی اجتماعی مردم به‌عنوان رهبران علمی جامعه افزایش یابد.

چکیده [English]

Educational system in Kermanshah Universities. The aim of this study was applied and in terms of the nature and method was a descriptive survey. The population consisted of 330 university members in Kermanshah province using quota sampling method. Questionnaire was used for data collection, and also the validity (face) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) of the questionnaires were confirmed. The results of the hypothesis testing by SMART-PLS software, using t-test and path coefficients (β) indicated that the contextual conditions had the most impact on educational system scaling (0.732) and the causal conditions scaling 0.556 had the least effect. Hence, it is proposed to enhance the links between academia and industry of educational and applied courses for the community and families and engaging in the depth of social life as scientific leaders of society.
