چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تحلیل چالش های بین المللی شدن برنامه درسی در دانشگاه الزهرا است. روش تحقیق کیفی و راهبرد آن تحلیل محتوای مضمونی است. جامعه­ی آماری این پژوهش را اساتید و مدیران دانشگاه الزهرا  تشکیل می دهد. با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند از نوع نمونه­گیری گلوله برفی، تعداد 22 نفر از اساتید انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار و تحلیل داده ها بر اساس تحلیل محتوای مضمونی انجام شد. تحلیل محتوای داده های بدست آمده وضعیت این دانشگاه را در  دو مقوله اصلی فرصت ها و نیز چالش های بین المللی شدن برنامه درسی در این دانشگاه نشان داد. چالش ها و عوامل محدود کننده  در دو مقوله اصلی عوامل برون سازمانی(عوامل زمینه ای و عوامل فشار) و درون سازمانی (فرایند آموزشی، اداری و اجرایی و خدمات و پشتیبانی) جای گرفت. فرصت‌های بین‌المللی شدن برنامه درسی نیز شامل «رشته‌هایی برخاسته از تمدن و فرهنگ غنی ایرانی»، «دوره‌های مشترک»، «دوره‌های تکمیلی» و «دوره‌های مجازی و الکترونیکی» بود نتایج نشان داد که بین المللی شدن در دانشگاه الزهرا بستری از فرصت ها و محدودیت ها را به دنبال دارد که شایسته است تا حد امکان از فرصت ها برای بهبود روابط بین المللی استفاده نمود.

چکیده [English]

The main aim of the present research was the analysis of opportunities and challenges of internationalization of higher education at Al-Zahra University. The research method was qualitative and its strategy was content analysis. The participants of this research indicated all professors and managers of Al-Zahra University. Afterwards, 22 faculty members were selected by use of a purposeful snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed using semi-structured interviews and data analysis was conducted based on content analysis. Challenges to curriculum internationalization were considered into two main categories: external and internal organizational factors. External factors included contextual and pressing factors, and intra-organizational factors contained the categories of educational process, administrative and executive process, and services and support. Opportunities for internationalization of the curriculum included "disciplines derived from rich Iranian civilization and culture", "common courses", "graduate courses" and "virtual and electronic courses opportunities for internationalization of the curriculum". In conclusion, the results showed that internationalization at Al-Zahra University offers a range of opportunities and constraints, therefore, it is suggested  that the use of these  opportunity to improve international relations.
