چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی موانع بین­المللی سازی با رویکرد انطباق‌پذیری سازمانی و ارائه مدل مواجهه با آن‌ها در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان گلستان بود. این پژوهش­ از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری آن را مدیران و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان گلستان به تعداد 373 نفر تشکیل می ­دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای و بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 190 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع­آوری داده­ ها از پرسش­نامه­ محقق ساخته موانع بین­المللی سازی با 69 سؤال و پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته عوامل تسهیل‌کننده بین­المللی سازی با 71 سؤال و پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته انطباق‌پذیری سازمانی با 40 سؤال استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی ابزارها مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون­های، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که؛ موانع بین‌المللی سازی دارای سیزده مؤلفه­ «فرهنگی، روش تدریس، محتوایی، انسانی، تجهیزاتی، ساختاری، مدیریتی- سیاسی، مالی، تکنولوژیکی، خدمات پشتیبانی، همکاری­های بین‌المللی، موانع داخلی سازمان و برنامه درسی»؛ عوامل تسهیل‌کننده بین‌المللی سازی دارای چهارده مؤلفه­ «اعتباربخشی مدرک، تولید دانش، دسترسی به منابع متنوع یادگیری، آموزشی، ارتباطی، فرهنگی، سیاسی، سیاست­های کلان آموزش عالی، ایجاد فرصت‌های توسعه حرفه­ ای برای مدیران و استادان، برقراری ارتباطات علمی و فرهنگی، قوانین جاری و شفاف‌سازی آن‌ها، توسعه منابع مالی، توسعه منابع انسانی و توسعه زیرساخت­های تکنولوژیکی» است. موانع بین­المللی سازی دانشگاه با ضریب استاندارد (431/0-) بر انطباق‌پذیری سازمانی تأثیر منفی و معنادار و عوامل تسهیل‌کننده بین ­المللی سازی دانشگاه با ضریب استاندارد (503/0) بر انطباق‌پذیری سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند و مدل ارائه شده دارای برازش مناسب می ­باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to identify the barriers of internationalization with organizational adaptation approach and then to present a model of exposure in Golestan University of Medical Sciences. The research was an applied study in terms of purpose and in terms of methodology, descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of 373 managers and faculty members of Golestan University of Medical Sciences those were selected by stratified random sampling method based on Cochran formula. Afterwards, 190 members were selected as study participation.  Data collection was perforemed thorugh a researcher made questionnaire of barriers to internationalization with 69 questions, a researcher made questionnaire of facilitators of internationalization with 71 questions and a researcher made questionnaire of organizational adaptability with 40 questions. The validity and reliability of the instruments were confirmed. Moreover, tests, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used for data analysis. The results showed that the three barriers to internationalization included thirteen components: "cultural, teaching, content, human, equipment, structural, managerial-political, financial, technological, support services, international cooperation, internal barriers to the organization, and curriculum". Fourteen Components of Facilitating Internationalization: Document Accreditation, Knowledge Production, Access to Various Learning, Educational, Communication, Cultural, Political Resources, Higher Education Major Policies, Creating Professional Development Opportunities for Managers and Professors , scientific and cultural relations, current laws and their transparency, development of financial resources, development of resources, the origin and development of technological infrastructures. Barriers to university internationalization with standard coefficient (-0.431) had a significant negative impact on organizational adaptability,in addition,  internationalization facilitating factors of university with standard coefficient (0.503) had a positive and significant effect on organizational adaptability; and therefore, the proposed model revealed an acceptable conformity.
