چکیده

کارآفرینی به عنوان پدیده ای نوین در اقتصاد، نقش مهمی را در توسعه و پیشرفت اقتصادی کشورها ایفا می کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی سازمانی با میانجیگری عدالت سازمانی می باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی که مبتنی بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بود.جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان اداری، اعضای هیات علمی و استادان حق التدریس با سابقه کار بیش از سه سال در دانشگاه آزاد فسا بودند، که همه آنان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه های استاندارد جو سازمانی هالپین وکرافت ، کارآفرینی سازمانی مارگریت هیل،  پرسشنامه عدالت سازمانی نیهوف و مورمن، مقیاس هوش هیجانی شوت و همکاران، پرسشنامه ارزش های اخلاقی سازمانی آمیکس و همکاران می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss24 و ضریب همبستگی و نرم افزار Amos24 و در سطح معناداری 05/0 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.  هوش هیجانی به عنوان متغیر فردی هیچگونه اثر مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم بر کارآفرینی سازمانی نداشت. ارزشهای اخلاقی سازمانی اثر مستقیم نداشت، اما اثر غیر مستقیم با نقش میانجی عدالت سازمانی (60/0β=) معنادار بود. ارزشهای اخلاقی و جو سازمانی با نقش میانجی عدالت سازمانی بر کارآفرینی سازمانی موثر است؛ به نحوی که با ایجاد جو مناسب و ایجاد روابط حسنه و دوستانه و تاکید بر دستیابی به اهداف سازمان، شرایط بروز کارآفرینی را مهیا نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Entrepreneurship as a new phenomenon in the economy plays an important role in the economic development and development of countries. Hence, the purpose of the present study  was to investigate the factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship through mediating organizational justice. The research method was descriptive-correlational based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all administrative staff, faculty members and professors with more than three years of experience in Fasa Azad University, all of whom were selected as sample.  Hereupon, data collection tools were Halpin and Craft organizational climate questionnaires, Marguerite Hill organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire, Nihof & Mor man organizational justice questionnaire, Shout et al. Emotional intelligence scale, Amics et al. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS24 software, correlation coefficient and Amos24 software that it was at the significant level of 0.05. Emotional intelligence as an individual variable had no direct or indirect effect on organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational ethical values ​​had no direct effect, although indirect effect was significant with mediator role of organizational justice (β = 0.60). The ethical values ​​and organizational climate with the mediating role of organizational justice were effective on organizational entrepreneurship, therefore, in  the way that by creating the right atmosphere and creating nice and friendly relationships and emphasizing on achieving the goals of the organization, the conditions of entrepreneurship will be created.
