Abstract

Ethics play an important role in education and higher education organizations, like other organizations, should have their ethical code of conduct. Higher education is also one of the biggest institutions which should define and consider ethical codes in education and training and should extract them from religious traditions. Hence, ethics as a practical system always try to solve ethical problems and seeks new solutions to develop healthy and moral relationships. The present paper using an archival research approach explains status of ethics and ethical standards in both education- Research and training roles and confirms the importance and validity of that, too.
