Examining the opinions of Mashhad medical graduates about the effectiveness of teaching basic and clinical sciences in acquiring the sufficiency and readiness to start practicing medicine (short article)

Abstract
Management of educational organizations, in medical fields, is very important due to the role of doctors in clinic departments, family doctors and other areas . The aim of this study is to find the graduated medical student oponion about the quality of general practitionar course.
Materials : In this cross-sectional design, an electronic questionnaire was used, after entering the data into SPSS 22 , descriptive analysis were calculated for the data.
Results: A total of 34 medical graduates were participated. 94% were women and 6% men. The average age of them was 29 years, 53% of them were single during their studies and 47% were married. 38.2% are completing the project, 20.6% completed the project and 26.5% completed the assistantship course, 14.7% had not started the project or had stopped the project. The degree of need for reforms from the point of view of the graduates is 45.5% basic revision, 45.5% major reforms. And 9.1% were minor corrections. The highest level of satisfaction with education in the children's department was 73.5% and the lowest level of dissatisfaction was 67.7% in neurology, the evaluation of the questioners in terms of their preparation for medicine in 3% of cases was very good, 35% was good, 41.4% was poor, and 17.6% was very poor.
Conclusion: Considering the lack of satisfaction in most clinical courses, it is necessary to revise the educational programs of different groups for general medical students.
