A phenomenological study of educational justice in the virtual learning environment from the perspective of Payam Noor University professors

Abstract
The present research was conducted with the aim of phenomenological study of educational justice in the virtual learning environment from the point of view of the professors of Payam Noor University. This research is of qualitative type and in terms of strategy, it is of phenomenological type, which uses Claisey's model. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the professors of Payam Noor University of Lorestan Province, according to the purpose of the study, the participants were selected based on purposeful sampling among the professors of Payam Noor University of Lorestan Province who experienced virtual courses and the criteria for entering this study. They were selected. The tool of this research for data collection was semi-structured interview, and in terms of data collection, it was single-section, and the collected data were analyzed by Claysey method, and as a result, 52 key codes were identified. Further, the researchers formulated the extracted expressions in the form of meaningful expressions by merging similar items and removing duplicate items. At this stage, 23 formulated meanings were obtained. In the next section, the extracted phrases were divided into five clusters of educational factors, resources and facilities, individual factors, environmental factors and social factors.
