Abstract
The main goal of education in university is training creative and thoughtful people. This study is Semi-empirical in nursing student in Jundishapur University. Each groups chose randomized one of the subjects of surgery or internal in medicine. They participated in education programs. The results showed significant deferent between two group in creative thinking (P=0.02).Results showed that active education have positive influence in creative thinking and clinical decision.
