Abstract

One of the teaching aids in education that can be used is a video. Today using multimedia educational tools plays important role in learning. In this study the aim was designed to evaluating the learning outcomes of students in O Clinical Skills through teaching method, and question and answer explanation and education through the video. In this study, 100 students in the fields of nursing (80) and Emergency Medicine (20) in the one semester were under comparative education question and answer with explanation and video. Then by using student satisfaction questionnaire and the learning was examined by educational assistance at the end of term. After collecting data were analyzed by using descriptive and analytical statistics software SPSS version 15. The results showed that satisfaction of these training methods among students in 80% and learning progress had 40%. As well as the learning of students in this way were meaningful, (P=0.01) and had the skills to do better efficiency. Multimedia teaching with training to improve the process and increasing satisfaction among learners through meaningful learning. And in this way increase student performance do these important clinical skills.
