Students' Views about the Educational Quality of Health Services Management Department in AJUMS

Abstract
Successful University is steadily growing and using the talent and ability to meet the needs and expectations of the students and to increase their satisfaction of educational quality. This is a descriptive study that designed for measuring students' views about the quality of the Health Management Department - Health School in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. The study population consisted of all students in Health Services Administration – Health School is Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected via a questionnaire with 35 questions that measured the educational quality of department. Data analyzing were done by applying descriptive statistics methods and SPSS software version 18. Results showed that students' satisfaction of Health Services Administration department manager was relatively desirable. Students' awareness of department purposes was undesirable. Based on results, it is important to provide the conditions for student awareness from aims of their department
