Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide a model for evaluating human resources management of Islamic Azad universities based on the standard 34000. The current research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of the type of data, it is mixed (quantitative and qualitative) and is descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this research is composed of two statistical societies. In the first section of the statistical society, from which the qualitative content analysis has been selected, includes published documents on types and processes of process and excellence of human resource management and standardization 34000, as well as the group of specialists and managers for internal accreditation and presentation. The theoretical framework and the initial model have been used. In the second part of the statistical society, it is a surveying survey that involves all human resources employed at Islamic Azad University, which is used for external accreditation of research. To select part of the 34000 standard and to prepare a questionnaire, 25 members of the Standard Institute, professors and faculty members, and the managers of the university, and 325 people were selected according to Morgan's formula from the staff and targeted cluster sampling. . The results of the research were verified by means of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation analysis and the initial conceptual model with high coefficients. Finally, this model was able to evaluate the objective at the level of Islamic Azad universities.
