Abstract

The research method is descriptive-survey, And the population of the study, lecturers, executives (chiefs and deputies) and technology experts In 2015, there were. That of the community 9 regional campuses, including the three provinces Qazvin, Zanjan and Gilan Were randomly selected. All executives and technology experts in the Campus (42) the census methods Studied. 93 lecturer with stratified random sampling from Zanjan, Qazvin and Rasht were selected. Research Tools Questionnaire was Based on Point of view Klein. Content validity through the content validity ratio (CVR) that 0/99 Was obtained. The reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha 0/91 was calculated. One sample t test results showed that the from the view of lecturers, executives and technology experts smartization challenges in Farhangian University in elements content, time, space and evaluation of high and in element goal is low. Independent sample t-test results showed Between two groups of lecturers, executives and technology experts there is no significant difference in the amount smartization challenges. Friedman test results revealed That the rating of challenges from the view of lecturers, executives and experts there are significant differences. So that the evaluation element has the highest rank and then to the elements, space and content and lowest rank the elements of time and goal. Results this research exclude the existing research vacuum at Farhangian university in the field of smartization, Can In decision-making about the type and quality smartization at the Farhangian university fruitful.
