Abstract

The mission of organizations' activities, especially hospitals, is to ensure the growth and sustainability of activities, continuous acquisition of knowledge and the development of new knowledge. In other word, old methods of administrating can't cover today's rapid changes, andthese changes redounded new concept like knowledge management to be formed . Hence, the aim of this study was to design a knowledge management model in Esfahan hospitals. This study was a descriptive - correlation survey conducted in selected Isfahan hospitals. The validity of questionnaire was computed by experts judgment, and the reliability was also computed by using Cronbach alpha. Afterwards, to confirm the acquired factors confirming factor analysis(CFA)Method was used; data analysis was done through Confirmatory Factor Analysis by Using AMOS version 16.0 . Finally, Refine Knowledge (0.94) had the highest regression weight or effect and Disseminate Knowledge had the lowest regression weight .The Capture Knowledge (0.84), Application Knowledge (0.24) , culture knowledge(0.67), and evaluation Knowledge(0.53) were determined as an effective dimensions for Knowledge Management Model. Refine Knowledge had the highest regression weight on Knowledge Management This means that the use of new knowledge in their proper place should be undertaken.
