Abstract
The purpose of this study was to present a model of the role of school-based management on teachers' creativity intervened by learning culture. In general, this research was an applied study in terms of purpose, field in terms of controlling over variables, and descriptive in terms of data collection. On the other hand, the present study was considered as an exploratory research according to its main purpose. The statistical population of the qualitative stage included 15 selected principals and teachers of primary schools in Babol city, however in quantitative stage it included all principals and teachers of public primary schools in Babol citythat consisted of 1318 people and according to Morgan table, 302 people were selected as a sample. Then the data were analyzed using Smart-pls and SPSS software that the findidngs showed all factor loadings were statistically significant. Moreover, to evaluate the fit of the model, R2, cv com and cv red indices were used that, in general, the results showed that the model of the school-based management role on teachers' creativity mediated by learning culture among principals and primary school teachers in Babol had a good fit.
