This study was a descriptive-correlation research and statistical population consisted of all students (n=215) selected through random sampling method at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences during an academic year in 1392-93. Research tools included trust-in-managers questionnaire by Forsite and Adams (2004), organizational silence questionnaire by Brinsfield (2009) and Queen (2000) that were distributed between the sample after calculating their validity and reliability; moreover, data was analyzed through Path Analysis method based on Baron & Keni (1986). Afterwards, results of the research showed that students' trust in managers was a significant negative predictor of some aspects of students' silence, while it considered as a significant positive predictor of commitment to university; in addition, silence variables such as acquiescent Silence and deviant Silence significantly anticipated the rate of commitment to university negatively; how much the confidence to directors is higher, therefore, students are less silent and freely express their ideas and constructive comments in a healthy environment; the more trust in the organization, then the less silence of students. Consequently, Educational administrators are responsible for promoting confidence among students that would be certainly a commitment to maintain the goals and mission of higher education.}, keywords = {Trust,organizational silence,Commitment,Administrators}, title_fa = {بررسی نقش اعتماد و سکوت سازمانی دانشجویان نسبت به مدیران در پیش بینی تعهد آن‌ها به دانشگاه}, abstract_fa = {هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر ارائه ی الگوی علّی اعتماد و سکوت سازمانی دانشجویان نسبت به مدیران در پیش بینی تعهد آنان به دانشگاه می باشد. نمونه ی تحقیق شامل 215 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بود، که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل، مقیاس اعتماد دانشجویان به مدیران و مقیاس سکوت سازمانی و مقیاس تعهد دانشجویان به دانشگاه (کویین، 2000) بود که پس از محاسبه ی روایی و پایایی آن‌ها، بین نمونه توزیع و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر بر اساس مراحل بارون و کنی تحلیل شدند. اعتماد دانشجویان به مدیران پیش بینی کننده ی منفی و معنادار برخی ابعاد سکوت دانشجویان بود. به علاوه اعتماد به مدیران به نحو مثبت و معناداری میزان تعهد به دانشگاه را نیز پیش‌بینی کرد، همچنین مؤلفه‌های سکوت سازمانی مانند سکوت مداراورزانه و سکوت تخریب گرایانه به نحو منفی و معناداری میزان تعهد به دانشگاه را پیش‌بینی کرد. بنابراین هر قدر اعتماد به مدیران بیشتر باشد، دانشجویان کمتر سکوت می‌کنند و آزادانه و در محیطی سالم و سازنده عقاید و نظرات سازنده ی خود را ابراز می‌کنند. نتیجه‌ی چنین وضعیتی ارتقای سطح تعهد دانشجویان به دانشگاه خواهد بود.}, keywords_fa = {اعتماد,سکوت سازمانی,تعهد,دانشگاه,مدیر}, url = {https://edj.ajums.ac.ir/article_79760.html}, eprint = {https://edj.ajums.ac.ir/article_79760_86b4dfd2f72bd290b6b33808a1253e97.pdf} }
