The 1-year phase of physiopathology involves internal medicine, pharmacology, semiology (symptom and clinical examination skills), and pathology. Today, countries have designed specific curricula to train military physicians as part of general and specialized physicians. One of the issues that physicians in military medicine should pay attention to is new wars and methods of preventing and defending them. This research was done to examine the importance of human resources in military medicine and to study the readiness and professionalization of medical students. The aim of this study is to respond appropriately in military and critical situations. This research used a mixed-method approach. In the qualitative phase, a needs assessment questionnaire was designed, and the data were obtained from the analysis of the content of articles and opinions of 15 experts and university professors. In the quantitative phase, the Delphi method and snowball sampling were used. The questionnaire was completed by available samples who were 20 teachers and 25 students participating in the course. The evaluated indicators of the questionnaire were obtained from three categories: content, teacher, and system. Based on results, a three-credit course of military medicine training was added to the general medicine physiopathology phase and offered in four weeks in a theoretical-practical manner. The results also showed the importance of teaching military medicine training in physiopathology courses and using up-to-date resources of military medicine. This course can play a very important role in preparing general medical students for military contexts and critical situations.}, keywords = {Military Medicine,Physiopathology course,Curriculum}, title_fa = {ارزیابی برگزاری اولین دوره فیزیوپاتولوژی طب نظامی در دوره پزشکی عمومی}, abstract_fa = {پزشکی متشکل از چهار مقطع علوم پایه؛ فیزیوپاتولوژی؛ کارآموزی و کارورزی می باشد. دوره ١ ساله  فیزیوپاتولوژی شامل مباحث داخلی، فارماکولوژی، سمیولوژی (علامت شناسی و مهارتهای معاینه بالینی)، پاتولوژی میباشد. امروزه کشورها برای آموزش پزشک نظامی به عنوان بخشی از پزشکان در سطوح عمومی و تخصصی، برنامههای درسی مشخصی را طراحی کردهاند. از مسائلی که باید پزشکان در طب نظامی به آن توجه داشته باشند، جنگهای نوین  و روشهای پیشگیری و مقابله با آنها است. این پژوهش، با توجه به اهمیت منابع انسانی در طب نظامی و جهت بررسی آمادگی و حرفهایسازی دانشجویان پزشکی، انجام شده است. هدف پژوهش، پاسخ مناسب در موقعیتهای نظامی و بحرانی است. روش کار در پژوهش حاضر ترکیبی بود.  در بخش کیفی با استفاده از داده های به دست آمده از تحلیل محتوای مقالات و نظرات 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه، پرسشنامه سنجش نیاز طراحی شد. در بخش کمّی از روش دلفی و نمونهگیری گلوله برفی استفاده شد. تکمیل پرسشنامه با استفاده از نمونه های دردسترس مشتمل بر 20 نفر از اساتید و 25 نفر از دانشجویان شرکتکننده در دوره بودند. شاخصهای مورد ارزیابی پرسشنامه از سه بخش محتوا، مدرس و سازماندهی اخذ گردید. براساس نتایج، سه واحد آموزشی طب نظامی طی چهارهفته  به صورت  نظری-عملی به برنامه درسی فیزیوپاتولوژی پزشکی عمومی اضافه شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان  از اهمیت تدریس واحدهای آموزشی طب نظامی در دوره های فیزیوپاتولوژی و استفاده از منابع بهروز طب رزمی دارد و میتواند در آموزش دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی جهت فضاهای نظامی و  بحرانی نقش بسیار مهمی داشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {طب نظامی,دوره فیزیوپاتولوژی,برنامه درسی}, url = {https://edj.ajums.ac.ir/article_147043.html}, eprint = {https://edj.ajums.ac.ir/article_147043_25bb93fc00a20117c53ae4fe97b73d3c.pdf} }
