It considers the learning process as coding and interrelating of working memory input data to knowledge that is previously stored in the long-term memory, and finally expansion and automation of cognitive schemata stored in the long-term memory.  The cognitive load theory emphasizes the limited capacity of working memory, points to the presence of internal, external and germane load during learning process, and presents some strategies for optimization of the learning process. These strategies include external cognitive load reduction, optimization of internal and germane cognitive load, and consideration of expertise reversal effect. Here, we explained cognitive load theory and aforementioned strategies along with examples from echocardiography education.}, keywords = {Training,echocardiography,Cognitive Load Theory}, title_fa = {مقاله کوتاه: کاربست نظریه بار شناختی در آموزش اکوکاردیوگرافی}, abstract_fa = {با گسترش نظریه بار شناختی از کلاسهای درس به آموزش بر بالین بیماری و مهارتهای تخصصی پزشکی، لازم است متخصصان قلب و عروق که درگیر آموزش اکوکاردیوگرافی هستند با الگوهای نوین آموزش آشنا شوند تا آموزش بهتری را ارئه نمایند. نظریه بار شناختی بر اساس مدل ساختاری و کارکردی حافظه انسان ارائه شده و بر ظرفیت محدود حافظه فعال تأکید میکند. فرایند یادگیری بر اساس این نظریه، کدگذاری و مرتبط کردن دادههای وارد شده به حافظه فعال با دانش از قبل ذخیره شده در حافظه بلندمدت و انتقال آن به حافظه بلندمدت و در نهایت توسعه و خودکاری طرحوارههای شناختی ذخیره شده در حافظه بلندمدت است. این نظریه، سه بار شناختی درونی، بیرونی و فراگیرنده را در زمان یادگیری مطرح کرده و اصولی را برای بهینه سازی فرایند یادگیری، ارائه می کند که شامل کاهش بار شناختی بیرونی و بهینهسازی بار شناختی درونی، بهینهسازی بار شناختی فراگیرنده و توجه به مهارتیافتن فراگیرنده است. این نظریه برای هر یک از این اصول، راهبردهایی را نیز مطرح میکند که با ذکر نمونههایی در زمینه آموزش اکوکاردیوگرافی، به توضیح آنها پرداخته شد.}, keywords_fa = {آموزش پزشکی,اکوکاردیوگرافی,نظریه بار شناختی,آموزش بالینی}, url = {https://edj.ajums.ac.ir/article_130281.html}, eprint = {https://edj.ajums.ac.ir/article_130281_4d97451d08b6b7e8a39d00d5c192079f.pdf} }
